Quiet room, good breakfast, friendly staff and good room. Quiet and safe area and easy to commute. Overall, very good value for money. I'd come and stay again there.

I called twice to confirm the booking but no one answered the phone. I ended up sending an email and it was promptly replied. When I got to the room the sink in the bathroom was clogged but once the issue was reported to the front desk, the maintenance staff came right away and fixed it.

The location of the hotel is very good, with a subway station bus stop and a platform of the city railroad within 5 minutes. The value for money is very good. The area is also very safe, even at night. There is a public transportation line to the main attractions.

The staff was very friendly and quick at check in. However, the cleaning staff was very bad and put our toothbrush down on the sink. Put our toilet paper against the toilet wall. I think it was intentional, especially with the toothbrush. Every time we put it back on and went out, the head of the toothbrush would always be put down.

The property is located conveniently in the city--five minute walk from the meto station Alesia. The neighbourhood around is safe and quiet, so we didn't worry abour our safety during our stay here. Most importantly, the price was really good for a property in the 14th Arrondissement. It was a lot more affordable compared to all the other properties around.

The room was a bit small for couples. There was not enough room for our luggage to unfold so we struggled to get our things out. The room was a bit dim but we had no problem with that.

The hotel's location is excellent as it offers numerous public transportation options to various destinations including the airport (CDG). The restaurant had limited food options, but the dishes available were deliciously prepared. The staff service was exceptional and highly commendable.

It was stated that air conditioning was available, but that turned out to be untrue. I was informed that cold air was not accessible and was advised to keep the windows open to cool the room. Unfortunately, the weather was around 20°C and it was difficult to sleep without air conditioning.

Hotel was situated within walking distance to the metro. The room was comfortable as was the bed. We had a good choice at the breakfast meaL. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant wasn't open for meals in the evening as advertised while we were there. The towels in our room were changed every day despite us hanging them on the towel rail. This seemed a waste as we had hardly used them!!!

Reception area a tad too compact, lifts not easily monitored as they’re immediately next to entrance; but cannot be operated without a pass. Rooms on the small side, though cleverly set-out & decorated, with well thought out lighting arrangement. Bathroom compact, but again well designed & spotlessly clean.

This hotel is 3 star and met that standard very well. The rooms were clean and small but comfortable and the bed was adequate - good value for money in that regard. Easy to get into town for the sights and importantly the closest metro Alesia is within zone 1 so we only needed a zone 1 ticket. The hotel facilities were very good - a great breakfast is provided in a very large and comfortable area. The location is very good - not far from metro station and lots of nice restaurants to explore in the local area where the local people proved to be very friendly and the food was great.

The hotel met our expectations and was good value for money. Fully met expectations.

Really good hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so no comment on that. Good level of safety; lifts to the room work with room keys only and they lock the main door after 1am. You can enter the hotel after that only by ringing the bell, and staff comes to open the door for you. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet. Location is good enough; 8-10 minutes walk to the Alesia metro station. Take 4 and change to 6; you are at Eiffel Tower. Take 4 and change to 1; you’re at Louvre and Champs Elysees. There is a small market very close to the hotel, you may find most of your needs there. If you want more options, Carrefour is close to the station. There are also 24/7 markets within walking distance. Several metro tickets available at the station; we purchased a 3-day unlimited ride for all transport and it was a bargain. There are two really lovely cafes around the metro station for breakfast. Around €16 per person. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 (kids 16 and 10).

Rooms are extremely small in size. It is hard for two people to move around in the room. Bathroom was OK in size, though. Unlike other hotels, they provide one big towel per person, not one big and one small towel. No fridge and safe in the room. The hair dryer is a joke. You better bring one with you. This is just a warning, not a negative for the hotel: if you like transportation right in front of the hotel and short rides, this hotel is not for you. But it was not a problem for us. We enjoyed walking in the streets of Paris and the 30-minute rides were OK.

In general, not an expensive hotel with small but rather comfortable rooms, the rooms are clean, cleaned daily. Downstairs there is a bar and a restaurant (but we were not there, no reviews). There are approximately 30 underground parking spaces (this is not accurate, I did not count them), the parking spaces are spacious and convenient to use. I won’t call the entrance to the parking lot convenient, it’s rather cramped. During the influx of guests, it is difficult to use the elevator (a long wait and usually there are no places), it's good that there is a staircase. In general, we were satisfied, I can recommend this hotel to people who do not require increased comfort from their place of residence. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and 2 subway exits within walking distance.

Compared to many other French hotels I have visited earlier, breakfast was good and there were quite many different options available. Coffee machine was also very nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom looked recently renovated and room was clean. Good location near metro station, also many shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Hotel staff should monitor better if guests are smoking inside the rooms. During first night so heavy cigarette smoke was entering our room that we had to change our room. At least in our room we didn't see any kind of smoke detectors which rose a concern about fire safety. Even though breakfast was good, restaurant staff were quite slow to bring more food and utensils/cups/plates if something was finished. If you wanted to have a morning/evening shower, some days it was impossible to get warm water. Daytime no problems with hot water.
