Lovely older hotel, a few blocks from town center and up a small hill. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent view from our room of the city center and surrounding mountains. Comfortable bed. Hotel bar with terrace was nice. Breakfast available and tasty. We had an early hike and front desk person arranged to have our to go breakfast ready for us. We appreciated that! Peaceful stay. Family dog felt welcomed and there was a walking path across the street to take her for breaks. Mini bar in room provided variety of drinks/snacks. Elevator in hotel. Parking available in front of hotel.

The only suggestion I have is to add tea or coffee to the room. We had a water kettle but nothing to use it for. Minor point! We would definitely stay here again. :-)

We stayed at Hotel Serena Cortina for three days at the end of May. We used the hotel as a base for local hikes around Cortina. The hotel had good parking for our rental car. We had a room with a balcony and a view from the front side of the hotel. It was perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains (see photo from balcony). The staff were helpful, spoke several languages, and did their best during a busy period. There were many guests while we were there. The room was clean, practical, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, but if we're being picky, it could have had a bit more variety. And there was only one coffee machine... They should really get a second one to avoid long lines. There’s a walking and cycling path right by the hotel, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the town center.

Very good location . Walking distance to bus station . We arrrived from Venice via Cortina express bus and it was very easy to find hotel from bus station and walking distance. Room has very modern decor and very comfy bed . Great breakfast . Coffee machine was bit slow , would be greta if there are 2 machines but yummy coffee . We arrived 10 AM and requested if early check in would be possible . But room was not cleaned by then so staff later on checked in our bags to the room as we went for sight seeeing at 11 AM. We also travelled to Tri cime -Dolomites by bus next day and the stop was also walking distance from hotel .

Staff, irena, reception lady is marvelous, she was very keen to solve my problem out, as I had an emergency at home and I have to shorten my stay, she had a very long conversation with booking. Com to not to pay the whole penalty and actually she succeeded to get off half of it and she didn’t let me pay except after deducting half of penalty, moreover she managed to get in contact with a similar nice travel agent Cortina DMC also succeeded to book me a new ticket and actually I came home on time and solved my problem

location is cortina so near everywhere breakfast is great 20/10 but try to arrive early so you can try, choose and eat everything i wanted a donnut as dessert and but the time i came back there were no more haha staff very friendly and helped me with a bottle opener for our wine view from room to the mountains is great

the heating system from the room below was on and our floor was hot couldn't sleep cause of the heat it transmitted to our room, even we had to open the windows to try to cool the room shower is small only one person fit at a time

The location just outside of the town centre was great, particularly with construction happening for the upcoming winter Olympics. We enjoyed our daily/nightly stroll into town. The room was large and freshly renovated and the breakfast was very generous!

The pillows were not the comfiest and there was no air conditioning, okay for us visiting early June but I assume in summer it would be quite unbearable.

Location is in the middle of hiking and cycling routes. Room was clean and with a nice view.

Breakfast was ok but not enough of healthy food but a lot of bread and sweet buns instead. Room is not completely noise proof so we could hear all that was going in the corridor. Bed was not comfortable at all and I had a pain in my back after the night as these were 2 separate beds moved to each other to have a double bed.

Booked this specific hotel because it advertised a ski shuttle service. When we arrived we were told there was no ski shuttle service. No explanation. No apology. No discounted price. Also the ski and ski boot storage area is in a dingy, unheated corner of the garage. Our ski boots were colder in the morning ( and still wet!) then when we left them in the evening. There is no way that ski boot dryer is working.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the receptionists we met during our stay were always ready to help and suggest where to go and giving advise about the best time of the day to visit. They have shown that they truly love the tourist. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The delicious breakfast every morning was more than expected. The location is close to city centre just a five minute walk. The view from the room was incredible. Highly recommendable.
