This is typical (in a good sense) 4 start Radisson hotel. Extremely friendly and professional staff all over the hotel. The location across the street from Ferrara railways station makes it good choice if you arrive by train (you need some walk to old town, though). Good although quite predictable breakfast. Room on small side but very clean and actually comfortable.

Not sure what the designer of the shower or bathroom in general was really thinking. If at all. The open side of shower means each time the entire floor is flooded and there is absolutely no way to prevent this. The only excuse is that bathroom is tiny, so probably not many good solutions for squeezing the shower there.

The hotel rooms are very neat, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is excellent and the rooms are equipped with everything you need :)

When I came behind the hotel to park my car, I felt like I was in a ghetto. 3 migrants were looking at us from the street corner. There were also couples all around. A girl in a hood was walking behind the car and at one point stopped as if she was taking out some illegal substances. The people sitting on the steps and looking at us did not inspire confidence. The collective feeling of insecurity was also contributed to by the iron bars welded to the windows of the surrounding buildings, as if we were in the courtyard of a central prison. We felt very unsafe. Actually, the only bad thing is the location, everything else is great.

A relaxed comfortable environment in a convenient and safe neighborhood. Attractively designed and very clean, both rooms and the lobby and eating areas. Staff were wonderful. It was great, after a very long day of travel to simply walk across the street from the train station to me hotel! You can also catch the city busses at the station which makes getting around very easy. Staff will answer any questions you have. Lovely light breakfast with eggs, even. The dining area staff made great coffee drinks, too! I will happily stay here again!

The staff were very accommodating, the breakfast and the front desk staff especially. And it's just in front of the train station. And if there will be another concert that I will be going to, I'd still pick this one for the spot and staff alone.

The ac in our room was so weak, it was 28 degrees celcius all day, with windows and curtains all closed. And the bidet in our room was a shower head(not the usual one with the trigger), it was very weird/awkward to use. And there was no vanity kit(cotton buds, shower cap etc.), no slippers.

The hotel is about 2 km from the old town, but we were prepared for that. It is clean, the service is very good. We asked reception for info and recommendations and got it it all. Quick and polite. The dinner recommendations were spot on, the recommended restaurant was excellent. The parking arrangement is a bit awkward but it was all explained to us and works well. No problems, one just needs to understand that this is off site parking.

The shower design is insane. No curtain, the floor is elevated, causing spillover water to flow onto bathroom floor (with no drain). If you are very careful, you will only spill some water on the floor. If you are not, you will flood the bathroom! I am not sure how housekeeping and maintenance personnel deal with that but this defies the logic.

Very comfortable bed, good room-size, great products in the bathroom. Decent breakfast and very friendly staff. Also, very much appreciated the flatiron in the room.

Unfortunately, I could hear a lot from the neighboring rooms, it was pretty loud in the evening. Also, for some reason, the shower is open to one side and a lot of the water splashes on the bathroom floor. But those are only minor negative points that wouldn’t keep me from staying there again (I would bring earplugs)

All the sfaff members were so sweet and very helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed. From the reception, it was David, Linda and everyone there. They also found us mode of transportation for our tours and took us to the bus stop for our bus to the airport. From the restaurant, it was Lionel, Anna and everyone there. From the house keeping it was a guy who always wore a smile. We also enjoyed their food. The hotel is also at a very convenient location, closer to the subway station and the bus station . A nice hotel with large, quiet, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, and an excellent restaurant for dinnertime meals. Friendly reception staff and restaurant staff doing their best to provide the best possible service. Good information at the reception that helped us plan our trips inside Ferra. Very friendly restaurant staff who made our dinners even more enjoyable.

There just seems to be too much money saving things going on. No toiletries apart from the ones on the wall and you only get tea/coffee water etc on your first night. The breakfast is a struggle everything cold plus the water for tea and I wish someone would show the chef how to prepare melon and pineapple as it comes with core and skin. Asked for fried eggs as thought they would be hot but unbelievably came out cold and we were told we had to pay extra

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Radisson The receptionist on our arrival and the porter could not have been more helpful as we had a minor problem with our car . The room was modern, a good size with plugs and USB each side of the bed good lighting and large flat screen TV . The restaurant staff again were charming and helpful. The food good and well presented.
