I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making for a nice start to my visit. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options that were well-prepared and fresh. I also enjoyed having access to the warm-water pool and fitness equipments, which added to the overall experience. The room had proper blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep, and the mattress was quite comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping was thorough, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty and really needs to be replaced or removed altogether. Additionally, some of the facilities, especially the bathroom, could use a renovation. The fixtures are outdated, and it would make a big difference if these were upgraded.

The main qualities any hotel should meed were met. The bed was confortable, the room was clean and the water out of the shower was easily adjustable and the pressure was good. The staff is very polite. The NH standards are always guaranteed

In the process of checking the wedding gown that had been entrusted with service, I discovered that the wedding gown had been severely deformed due to the laundry service company's carelessness. I complained to the staff, and the staff told me that if I sent a photo via email, they would forward it to the hotel manager and take action. A few years ago, at the NH Hotel in Genoa, Italy, there was a mistake in assigning the wrong room, but it was handled quickly and kindly, so I was satisfied with the kindness and service of the NH Hotel staff. Hotel personal very sympatic and correct. Very good breakfast quality and options. Well located for short daily trip for cities around Bologna.

Some nights the temperature at the room was a kind of high and not adjustable.

We had connecting rooms so it was very spacious but I can say we would fit in only one. One of the bathrooms was spacious with bathtub and shower cabin p.e so very big and clean. Bed was very comfy. Coffee and water in room and tea and kettle nice touch.

Reception should be more smiling. On another bathroom toilet seat was not settled or broken. Breakfast is ok but eggs were cold.

Price was acceptable. Location is good especially for the people travelling by car and not need for close city activities. Room was clean but I wish I didn't see a roach on the wall.

Lobby and waiting area capabilities were poor. Also, I had to pay to the reception which was busy most of the time. Parking areas are limited you can't find a parking space in front of the hotel.

I had a choice of which hotel to stay at for 7 days. I chose NH Bologna because of the indoor pool and exercise equipment. People must sign up because they limit the number of people allowed in the pool/exercise room. I signed up during a time when no one else had signed up. However the front desk allowed 3 people to enter 30 minutes before their sign in time and they jumped into the pool with me. The pool can barely accommodate 2 people at a time. So I was basically forced out of the pool. On my 4, 5 ,6 days the pool was closed. During the entire week, the treadmill was broken. I loved this hotel, the rooms were fantastic, the restaurant and staff were great! But I was disappointed about the pool and treadmill since that's the specific reason I chose this hotel.

Amazing breakfast. Out of town location but highly recommend euro 1.50 bus fare to city with frequent timings. Also excellent restaurant very close to hotel for evening food.

Big spacious room, confortable beds and quite hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking spaces outside and also underground parking available for 5€. The hotel is located outside from the city and reachable best by car. A big shopping mall is close, 5 minutes walk.

Really comfy beds, great location and really lovely staff

Bar downstairs is never staffed, would have been nice to have a late open bar, especially when coming home From a long day
