Great location for the Metro and Garibaldi. Very easy to get to Mapensa airport too. Cheerful staff on front desk. Good size bedroom. Good, hot shower. Quiet and comfy bed. Walkable into the city. Good pizza restaurant nearby (Ambita). Goid value for money. Kettle in the lobby to make a hot drink (take your own or buy coffee/tea bag).

Curtains are only just long enough for the window so let light in underneath, which is a shame as the room would be lovely and dark if they were longer. Breakfast didn't start until 7 and we had to leave for a flight.

The check in experience was alright , the person at the desk was polite and the overall process was smooth. The bed was comfortable , the room was quite, and the toilet was neat and clean . There is a minibar and option to purchase directly from the reception. The overall experience was fine , good value for money.

The hotel has an entrance that is not easy to locate in all those buildings. I arrive late in the night and was not able to detect the entrance. Also the minibar is limited to water and basic snacks, no restaurant was opn in the surronding area. Not a negative thing for the hotel , but something for the traveller, you might need to dirve 10/15 before you can access a restaurant. I believe there are options to order some foods , but haven't tried this option as I opted to get a taxi and go in a more central area to eat something.

The room was very large and extremely clean. Near metro and grocery store.

There was no healthy snacks to buy at the hotel, only chips and chocolate. Variety was very bad. The staff didn't greet me or awknowledge me at all. They didn't understand / speak english much. The rooms only had shampoo / body wash for men instead of more unisex. For the price I payed for this room, it's very overpriced exchange for service. I'd only pay this if it was around 100 euros max

A huge thank you to the front reception staff Antonio for being a great assistance. I arrived at the hotel aft almost 20 hrs being in the plane but was super early for my check in. Antonio made sure I had everything (a place to work, offered me some suggestion locations to explore while he did his best to get my room ready). I eventually got my room much earlier than regular check in time and was able to rest up, work and explore the city. Big thank you Antonio for making me feel welcomed in Milan.

Comfortable bed, lovely view and good sized bathroom. Room had a small fridge and plenty of storage space for a few nights stay. Little shopping bit downstairs to get a drink and some snacks. Location is quite out the way, good 30 minute walk into the town area. Nicely decorated room.

Unfortunately one pillowcase was dirty. Seeing as it is a B&B hotel I was expecting a kettle etc in the room however there wasn't. Do feel it was a little overpriced for what you get. Can hear a lot of noise from the hallway, everything ecos. Window very unsafe. It opens very wide and no safety locks. You'd think a room that high up the windows wouldn't open or only open a small amount.

A nice, modern hotel in a quiet area of Milan. Although it's not very central, there is a handy metro station (Cenisio) just across the road - from Milano Centrale, you can take the Green M2 line north to Garibaldi, then the purple M5 to Cenisio (2 stops on each line), it takes about 15 minutes in total. We had a lovely room on the 7th floor (702). Rooms are reasonable and modern, with good air conditioning, pleasant mood lighting and a decent shower/bathroom. The staff were friendly and our room was serviced daily, including fresh towels (even though we hung them up to reuse and they advertise eco-friendly). At reception, they sell water, soft drinks, alcohol and snacks at quite reasonable prices, which is handy if you arrive and need some supplies but don't want to hunt for a shop.

While manageable via the metro, the location doesn't have much to offer nearby on foot and feels quite industrial. We did manage to walk to a restaurant on our first night and found a lovely cafe (Cenisio 7 Bar) nearby for breakfast, but you need a car or a metro ticket to get around. We also had a small problem: the above-head shower fixture was loose and fell out when we first used it. Admittedly, we didn't report this to reception but did leave the broken fixture visible in the bathroom, hoping the cleaner would notice and fix it, but they never did. It didn't cause a huge problem, but it could be handled by checking the rooms more thoroughly between guests.

Close to the exhibition area we wanted to visit, walking distance to city center, parking on site, quick elevators, very helpful team at the front desk. Antonio and Gin gave us some good tips and advices. Breakfast offered wide range of food, good coffee, amazing pastry. Room was just the right size, also the bathroom, perfect one night stay.

the fact there was only one plug socket in the whole room. as there was two of us staying in the room, this wasn’t ideal

Excellent treatment and attention, super friendly staff. The room was spotless, everything clean and tidy. A place that is easy to access by public transport and at reception they give you a map of the city that is helpful. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of options, excellent. Too bad we only stayed 1 night. Next time we will definitely choose them again.
