we have booked a Double Room and it was very nicely equipped - the bathroom was large and beautiful - the owner Leonardo as well as the personal Sebastian were very friendly - the accommodation is almost directly near the cathedral of Milan

unfortunately there is NO private parking for this accommodation (Double Room) - you need to park in Autosilo Diaz which is a few minutes away (cost per night is EUR 25 plus ZTL EUR 5) - it is a very tight parking lot and we scratched our RAM car on the roof on the exit - the 'breakfast' was included, but we only received a coffee and a croissant (we would have had to pay for anything else)

The property was near the Duomo

The building seems to have a racist facilities manager . I was coming outside the property and a man strangely asked me what I was doing in the building . Imagine coming outside with a bunch of Italians and getting singled out by a complete stranger. The situation was so bad I considered calling the police. I highly suggest the property speak with their personnel if they want to continue receiving international guests . Great property but because of this situation I wouldn’t come back here .

I arrived somewhat late in the day but the manager was waiting for my arrival with a warm greeting. The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was bright and functional. They provided slippers which is always appreciated! It's like a guest rooms floor in a building, so you will get a set of keys/fob to get into the building and the guest rooms area. That was fine for me, but not a typical hotel setup. The manager was able to store my luggage for the afternoon after I checked out, so there were some hotel-like conveniences.

There was no complimentary drinking water, only minibar water for sale. I drink a lot of water so ended up buying some from a cafe nearby.

I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. The room’s stunning decor, impeccable cleanliness, and attention to detail truly set it apart from other accommodations I’ve experienced. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Rey. His professionalism and warmth made a significant impact on my overall experience. Rey went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, whether it was recommending local attractions, making dinner reservations, or simply engaging in friendly conversation. His knowledge of the area and genuine desire to provide a memorable stay highlighted the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. A special thanks to Rey for making my stay truly unforgettable! I can’t wait to return!

The room is specious and clean. The location is next to duomo just a couple of blocks away. The room is finely decorated, nice lighting, mirrors, comfortable beds, bathroom is nice too. The check in process was fast and convenient. Communication was in place a head of time. The receptionist also gave many suggestions for the city. Communication was also maintained through whatsapp by the hotel reception. The price of the room is also affordable for what you get!

The room has set of keys. The bathroom did not have bidet which on my end is not convenient.

Paulo was very proactive and responsive in facilitating our check in. The room was modern, very tastefully decorated and clean, with very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities including heated towel rails. We also like the electrically operated window blinds. The location was fantastic; 5 minutes walk from Duomo.

When there is no air-conditioning in winter, it can get warm in the room so we had to resort to opening the windows at night but then it gets very noisy early in the morning with what sounded like garbage collection in the streets.

We really enjoyed our stay in these luxurious and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent location! Everyting was at walking distance. Great hospitality! Many thanks to Paolo for the warm welcome and making us feel at home. Such wonderful communication as well. It'll be our pleasure to recommend this accomodation highly. Thank you so much for making our stay an unforgettable experience!

We had a lovely stay at the Duomo Rooms. My husband and I came for a short 2 night break. It was in an ideal location 2 minutes walk from the main square. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My husband forgot his phone charger and they had one we could borrow, and also supplied extra coffee at no cost. We would certainly stay here again when we return to Milan.

The staff couldnt do enough to make our stay easy. No breakfast offered but there was a lot of choice pretty much straight out the door. They gave us some excellent eating recommendations too which was handy The location was amazing - so close to all the attractions especially the Duomo and great shopping. Highly recommended for a short stay in Milan.

Wonderful advance information and welcome from Paulo and Rey. They also kept in touch during the stay to ensure we were having the best experience. Lovely well-appointed room with large comfortable bed. Great location - 5 mins walk from Duomo.

Very minor point but would like to see a separate shaving mirror.
