The room was spotless, quiet and had a large desk with a massive TV. For the price I paid, it was better value for money than other nearby hotels I've been at on other occasions. The room had a kettle with some tea bags, which is not granted in Italy. They had hash browns at breakfast, and that's the first time I see them in an Italian hotel!

The silicone in the bathroom sink was cracked and should be replaced.

Big rooms, had a very nice sleep. There was 2 double bed for 2 adult + 1 child. A big room and also had a good breakfast. A train station Gadhbadi is close to 700 meters and trams at walking distance. We were so tired as we landed from UAE in the morning, they gave us early check in. We came back at around 4 pm after visiting milan, so tired and had a comfortable sleep.

The only thing which id didn't like is it's 25 mins from milan central.. however, not a big deal as it can be easily mananged.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful. The room exceeded our expectations, especially having unexpected surprises in Milan at other 'good' hotels in our earlier trips. The location is good with great tram connections, but the trams from city center or from popular districts are usually quite packed during the rush hours (which is virtually any time in Milan, I realize now). However, Italian people are very friendly, and everyone was helpful to my pregnant partner even in rush hours.

The entrance to parking was not straightforward as it was an official holiday when we arrived in, and the parking garage was closed. Another guest misdirected us by saying that they wouldn't open the parking, but in the end the receptionist helped us park our car after checking in. There were some available spots on the street, but we did not feel secure and safe, even during check-in before they opened the garage for us. It's not something I did not like, but just be aware of the park entrance during the off-hours.

All the staff at the reception (especially Guiseppe) were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Also staff in the restaurant and at the buffet breakfast were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I even got a softer pillow when I asked for it.

Water pressure was not very strong. The room was a bit on the smaller side. Location is ok, there is a tram (No. 2) that will bring you to the Center but no metro, for this you have to walk over the bridge to the station Monumentale, which is very near the Cimitero Monumentale a beautiful cemetery with astonishing crypts and graves.

The room was comfortable and also quiet (with double/triple glazing), important in a district being developed and close to the railway. The staff were very helpful.

Access by road was curious. My satnav directed me to go down a street plainly marked with a no-entry sign. In the end I stopped in front of the hotel entrance after crossing the traffic in a highly dubious manoeuvre (but a few other drivers did the same later)

Very friendly staff, it was a big pleasure for our family to have each evening dinner in the hotel restaurant, becouse of friendly the staff. Food was also very delicious. Rooms are clean, and you have all that you need.

From my point of view rooms should be renovated, to have better aspect for this price. The bath with the shower is not comfortable (it's slippery). Also, I had to wait for minutes for hot water, which is not eco.

Nice hotel well situated close to Garibaldi Station. Metro is around 5-10 minutes away however there is a trolly (streetcar) that runs directly past the hotel and stops nearby. Rooms are reasonably big by European standards and are clean and comfortable. The washroom is a good size with a small shower stall. Beds are narrow but comfortable. The area itself seems fine, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is good, with great coffee – which is important – and it's served until 11 AM. There's a tram stop close to the hotel that takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. The staff is fantastic, especially Adriano. Thank you for everything!

The area around the hotel is a bit untidy, with some litter and graffiti on the walls, but it reflects the typical Italian atmosphere.

This is the most beautiful property with stunning views. We travelled as a family of four. It’s set in a perfect location. The host Fabio couldn’t do any more for you. My two young boys cried when we left, they wanted to live here. It’s spotless, the rooms are spacious. We had a terrace with a table and sun loungers. There are two kitchens to use, at times it felt like we had the house to ourselves. I’ve recommended to all my family and we will certainly be back. Thank you Fabio and family for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect no faults

Hotel is great, excellent location - short ride with a tram and you are at the Duomo. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. We stayed just for a night as we were traveling further, but it was a short and sweet stay.

Parking is a bit tight and small, but we managed to find a spot anyway. I’d expect to have a discount when paying daily ticket considering it’s for hotels guests, but 18€ is still ok I guess.
