The room was spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and spacious - it even had a bathtub and a small make-up mirror. The location was fine, 10 minutes away from the bus station, so the city centre was very accessible. The coffee machine in the room was highly appreciated.

The wallpapers in the room were quite kitschy, but our stay was perfect in every sense. We didn't know that we had to validate the parking tickets at the reception before leaving the garage parking, so maybe more information about this at the reception would be good.

it was a fair distance from the center of Milan, you have to get a bus and a tube to the center. coming back late at night with it just me and my friend wasn’t the nicest walk back. it was very dark and no one was around, the bus stop is about a 15 min walk to the hotel. we were followed by a van for about 5 minutes until we actually got to the hotel. which was a very uncomfortable experience. I would recommend getting a taxi from the tube station if you’re alone or young girls at night. we didn’t feel very safe

Equipment and cleanliness of the room was good. Really enjoyed king-size shower! The staff offered us underground parking in the garage and also open-sky parking for lower price. Even though the hotel neighbours with the highway, it was completely quiet in the room.

Lack of sockets in the room for 3 people. The bedside table was only on one side of the bed. The city center is really out of hand, but we knew this before booking, so I really can't blame anyone for that.

The staff need to be more humble and respectful towards the Asian customers. They charged me for an egg white omlett which was very surprising to me, because I have travelled to many countries and many hotels but omlet is always a part of your breakfast. top of that they told me 8 Euro for it and charged me 10 Euro. when in asked why did you charge me 2 euro extra, they replied we gave you 5 eggs egg white, instead of 4 eggs in regular omlet. I literally started laughing on that reply. I mean it’s ridiculous. being in a service industry you can’t be giving such replies to your customers. the hotel management need to seriously look into it. it’s not a question of 10 euro, it’s just that, it did not feel guest friendly behaviour.

As usual Klima Hotel is a overnight solution when passing through Italy by car. Safe parking, easy highway access, clean and nice rooms with nice bathrooms. No noise from highway! Good sleep.

Quite modest breakfast. Stayed here last year and breakfast was exactly the same this year as well.

Cleaning ladies started cleaning very early, around 8-9a.m. and were very loud, were draging furniture around and loudly speaking, which was a shame. We didn’t get to rest and were tired. There also was some mould around the bathtub…The breakfast could have more options, there is no oatmeal, no pancakes, only eggs, meats and cereal or yoghurt. Also breakfast is available only till 10a.m.

The Klimt Hotel is a fabulous hotel with good sized rooms and bathroom. The restaurant offers good options for breakfast and dinner and the quality of the food was great. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

The area that the hotel is in appears to be quite industrial and close to the motorway. It is surprisingly quiet though. If you are visiting Milan as a tourist you are about 20-30 minutes by taxi to the Centre of Milan .

The room was great. Good bed, dark, silent, we slept very well. Also the room is nice and big so you can see it as a small appartment. Service is great, personnel is very friendly

The only downside was that for the breakfast, even if you had it included, you have to pay extra for fried eggs or fresh juice. This is a bit of a letdown

The property matches the description perfectly. It’s a beautiful hotel and such helpful girls at reception. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s a beautiful place to stay. We parked directly in front of the property with ease.

We were waiting outside metro and phoned hotel to call a cab to get us because we were stranded and didn’t know where we were other than outside a metro, late at night and no taxis. We could not ph a cab since they don’t speak English. The reception was unhelpful. All she had tondo was call a cab to collect us from metro and give our name. We would have paid taxi. Luckily a local spike English and called a cab for us. On arrival, I asked for the manager but receptionist said he was in holiday. She said she could have only called a private driver to get us
