Everything was great! The rooms were clean and modern, the staff was amazing and helpful, and the location was excellent. The rooms were shining when we got there for the first time and continued to be very clean during our stay because they were regularly cleaned by the staff. The staff was really kind and helpful. We got into a situation where we needed an ambulance unfortunately, and the gentleman at the reception helped and called the ambulance without any hesitation! It really felt good to know that we had a 24-hour front desk. Regarding the location, I must say it’s perfect! It’s just a few minutes away from Lima Metro station which can get you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, and it’s surrounded by lots of good stores, amazing restaurants and coffee shops. If you are willing to travel to Milan and are considering this hotel but you are not sure, take my words for granted and book it. I’m sure you will enjoy staying at this hotel as much as we did.

Well, there is only one thing that made me give this hotel a 9 out of 10. And that is the Wifi! There are two options when it comes to the wifi: a speed-limited free wifi and a supposedly higher speed wifi which costs €10 per day. The free one is simply BAD! It’s only 3 mbps at highest! I mean COME ON! It’s not enough for anything. And the other option (€10 per day) is in my opinion not worth it. There should be only one option and that would be a free high-speed wifi! But it is what it is. No hard feelings though ;)

This is a new hotel that is exceptionally clean and well looked after. It was competitively priced for a 4 star hotel and didn't really have a huge amount of reviews but we thought the ones we did see were genuine and we were not disappointed. The hotel is about 30 minutes’ walk from the dome. There's public transport nearby if you prefer (we used electric scooters and walking). While it may not be impressively central it's not very far either if you like taking a walk. What's great about the hotel: - It's impressively clean - I'd say spotless, and we are the type of people that use our finger to check for dust under the bead. This is also due to the fact that it's quite new, but it's maintained to a very high standard which you sometimes don't even see in 5 star hotels. Not to mention previous dissapointing stays in very poorly maintained 4 star hotels in Italy. - It's well equipped for the price. It does not lack any amenities, the room is nice enough, it's not "luxurious" but it's modern looking and everything is of mid to high quality and just looks alright. The hallways are nice, the entrance is nice and modern, there's nothing really to complain about. - The staff was great - they were all super helpful and we could see genuine will to help and not just fake smiles. We had a great check-in experience thanks to Alexandra who explained all the facilities and services in great detail. Other staff members were equally as nice. - Was very surprised to see that the people who were going to clean our rooms not only said hello and smiled every morning, but they asked us if we need anything in particular in our room - which was cleaned every single day to perfection. - In general, I'd rate services as easily being 5 stars not 4.

Given what 5 star hotels cost in Milan, there is nothing to complain about, but if I had to be REALLY picky, I'd say the pillows are too hard and the mattress is a bit too hard as well (but it could be our personal preference). Fancier hotels have softer mattresses and better pillows but it's really nit-picking at this point.

Great location, amazing staff - really good value for the money. We have really enjoyed the breakfast and the generous size of the room. All the facilities were great. I would return and recommend this hotel.

They had a problem with their towels as all of them had small stains - they were clean but somewhere in the process all of them got stained. I find immaculate white towels a must for such a place so maybe identifying the source of the issue + a bleach/new ones would be more than welcome.

- there was not equal standard of cleaning services (our friends were in different room and we had comparison) - the shower cabin was leaking

SERVICE! SERVICE! SERVICE! When guests are greeted with warm smiles and beyond the ordinary help extended to each and every details, questions and concerns relative to your stay in the hotel, be it finding the nearest laundromat, recommendation for where to eat and the minuscule and petty requests, you forget what is missing but highlight what is more important. The gem of this hotel is its people! They do not tire treating you like you are home away from home. Special thanks to Demetrio! This guy - the all around I know how and where, made our stay warmer.

Arriving very late into Milan, we had booked into another hotel close by who had overbooked us, and provided substandard accommodation. Stressed, tired and needing a place to sleep on a busy Saturday night, we called this hotel and spoke to Demetrio. Luckily, they had a room available. when we arrived Demetrio was the calming influence we needed at 1.30 in the morning. The hotel itself was modern, clean and welcoming. The rooms were great quality and the breakfast was great. Given the choice, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you again to Demetrio for the excellent customer service!

I simply loved my stay in this hotel, the room, staff wash rooms, cleanliness, location every thing was superb! New rooms just a step outside da hotel n ur in da shopping area, 2 mins walk to da nearest train station lima. The staff is doing a amazing job… 10 mins walk to the central train station on foot,carefour 3 mins walk … im so happy i chose this hotel n wud love to stay here again with my family …. Room has a kettle n refrigerator … keep it up!love from pakistan!

Amazing decor! Good breakfast. Clean! Spacious bathroom with amazing shower- good water pressure. Lovely staff! Great location- short walk to the metro station and 11min to central train station. Everything was almost perfect except for one major thing- air conditioning. Will gladly stay there again.

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was very noisy but didn’t cool the room at all and it was way to warm to get proper sleep. There was no kettle to make tea in the evening which would be nice. Room was a bit poor of natural light.
