Pretty comfortable bed (though a bit on the harder side for those concerned) in an overall clean hotel room with otherwise decently modern furniture. The whole room is quite large, with ample size for 2 people with luggage each. Really enjoyed the alternative/artsy vibes of the lobby and different floors, especially the art and dark-ish design—felt special. Here, I also have to point out the crazy entrance to the lobby, super cool installations (presumably fixed installations). Staff was nice and dealt very efficiently with check-in and -out, which is highly appreciated. We didn’t book breakfast, though it sounded alright price-wise at about 20 Euros per day and person (and others told us it’s a good breakfast overall with quite a bit of variation).

Location is great if you love or want to explore Navigli. It’s about 30 mins from the city centre by public transport otherwise. Can be a pro or con, depending on the individual. We like walking and exploring, so it was fine. Took Uber when we were short on time.

The pool was brilliant for the kids especially as it was hot during our visit and they were able to cool down after exploring in the day. The style of the hotel was fun and entertaining for the children, the lobby had lots of fun details. Although our children didnt like the walk it was a nice location From the centre of town, able ti walk there in 45min. There were also some lovely restaurants in the area. Staff were helpful

The bathroom facilities felt a bit tired and a little dated. The price of the drinks in the roof top bar were expensive

We had asked for a silent room, so we were given one. The hotel has a rather post modern design in corridors and rooms. There was a coffee maker and electric kettle inside the room. The breakfast and its variety of coffee, juices, meals, and fruits was fantastic and second to none. The staff were very friendly and polite. Simon is an awesome guy who helped fix the problem we had on the first night with the heating because we felt cold. Also Francesca at the reception was a very helpful and kind person who helped accommodate us after the check out time since I got terribly sick toward the end of our stay. Both Simon and Francesca are golden. 🥰

Whether or not it’s the hotel policy, the heating temperature is not enough for a room with very tall ceiling. It should be increased at this time of the year. Also, we could hear other guests shutting the door around us. Probably the hotel can use door stops that helps reduce the shutting sound.

The location is a bit of a distance from the city centre but easily accessible by trams (14). The Navigli area is easy walk approximately 15 minutes. The hotel itself is very arty which is a great experience. Breakfast was great get in early so that there is more variety. The bar staff went above expectations when asked for a specific drink could not have it on the first night I asked but succeeded on the following night thank you 😋 All staff very helpful Flavoured water available when not all gone. Lemon flavoured ice very nice at reception.

Can be a bit noisy from the music on the roof top but otherwise all great.

Rooftop pool was great, loved having the option to pop by here in the afternoons. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, great option of pastries, juices and fresh fruits.

The hot breakfast buffet was sometimes lukewarm and a weird mix of options. Would also be nice to have more shaded areas up on the rooftop like umbrellas for those who can’t handle the direct sun! It is a good 15 mins or so walk to nearest metro stations so that is something you’d need to consider if you aren’t a walker!

When my fiance arrived in the hotel to complete the check in, the gentleman at the desk Jacopo offered him a free room upgrade. When I arrived at the hotel I was so mesmerized and in total shock! The booking was now for a suite! The bathroom was literally the 80% of the room. The bathroom was filled with products for skincare, a huge bathtub and a massive shower. Such a pity we stayed only one night. The hotel is very fun, filled with young people and the staff is truly caring and sweet. I will definetely come back!

it was all absolutely perfect

The pool and terrace were amazing. Although I believe they close them sometimes for functions so do check. Each floor had weird and fun themes in the hallways which was interesting and the foyer and even the car park was fun. The staff were brilliant and told us which public transport to use to get into town which was simple, and there are some nice restaurants and bars within walking distance if you go straight forward then left at the big roundabout.

We were told to book the beds at a high cost, luckily we didn't as you can just use them for free if they are empty or sit on a chair if not.

Connecting rooms for family is a great option. Very nice design lobby, gym and good buffet breakfast. There is a lovely rooftop bar. Great location to explore Navigli.

The hotel lobby and other facilities are great. Rooms are a bit less than expected. The bed was nice and big but the pillows were rather small. There was s TV in a room but was unclear how to watch it, since it was hanging quite far from the bed. Instead, In front of the bed was s bathtub which was odd. Overall, room was a bit shabbier than lobby and other areas.

Loved the new receptionist (blonde new guy, I guess was Marco, unfortunately I cannot remember the name, he mentioned to me he spent some time in UK ) however, he had a great professional can do attitude that stood out of the crowd. Please send my regards to ‘Marco” if that’s he’s name and please rest assured that will be back more often to stay with you, great place and great customer experience. I hope to see him in a month time when I’m planning to be back, might be with work this time!

Unfortunately, two of the ladies at the reception were providing the opposite level of service that “Marco” had, and slightly different attitude and approach at the moment of check in, but everyone else was absolutely amazing!

The room was fantastic—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. It was simply amazing—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing swim or just lounging by the water. What really made my stay exceptional was the staff. The personnel were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

One minor issue was that some guests would reserve chairs by the pool, leaving their belongings there for hours without actually using them. This made it difficult for others to find a spot, which was a bit frustrating
