The breakfast was amazing. The standart room was big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The decoration was great. It’s a renewed property but I loved the fact that the history was protected and exhibited.

We have travelled with our rental car. The main reason that we’ve booked the hotel was the “car parking” facility. But when we arrived they’ve said that there was no available spot anymore at the property. They later have shared another parking area and said that it’s available which it wasn’t. We called them to ask another option and the nearest parking area was 17 mins by walk. The day of our check out there was a marathon in the city so all the roads were closed (we weren’t mentionned about that). So we had to walk all the way to the car with our luggages.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the Palazzo Verona, and we thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious feel of the hotel and the room. The staff was also very courteous and helpful. It was also a very located hotel in the Arena area of Verona.

My only point about the hotel is that the lift and stairwell area feel like it is an industrial building. Since we are also into hospitality, I feel some artwork along the walls of the stairwell and landings would really help, and another important thing is the lighting in that staircase area should be changed from the white light to the warm white (yellow light like in the rest of the hotel).

This wasn’t my first time staying at a hotel from this chain, and once again, it lived up to my expectations. Palazzo Verona is ideally located right in the heart of the old town — you can walk to all the main sights. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the pillow menu. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was excellent — a wide variety of fresh, tasty options, so everyone will find something to enjoy. The service was impeccable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would gladly come back again.

Great location near the Porta Borsari on the edge of the old town. Actually stayed an extra two nights due to the Gatwick mess-up. The charming reception staff were very accommodating about this, and even up-graded us to a suite. We also got a discount for a minor plumbing problem - very generous. Breakfast was fine - uncrowded with excellent food and service, especially from Reya. Our rooms were a good size - in fact the suite was enormous (perhaps a little chilly as a consequence), with decent facilities, though hard to find much to watch on the TV - often the way though! Public areas are very smart, and clean, and the decor understated in many ways. This is not a cheap hotel by any means, but Verona is an expensive city, and the pricing was much as expected. Very impressed with the NH group, and will consider staying in other properties run by this chain.

Suite was a little chilly - such a large room! Nothing else not to like....

The location was wonderful since it's inside the ztl area, so most of the attractions were reachable by walking. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was fulfilling.

The parking was expensive 50£ per night ( we knew that from the beginning) We booked a superior room , and we found out that the curtains in the bathroom were transparent and totally see through, they offered us different rooms in different categories,but they didn't meet the standrads of the room we booked so we had to upgrade to a premium room with extra charge. The lighting was very dim

Beautifully decorated and very clean throughout. Lots of different spaces to sit if you don’t want to stay in your room. Liked the jazz music that was playing in the evenings. My sister and I were upgraded to a junior suite and it was perfect, really made our stay. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Any staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail. Great variety for breakfast. The hotel is in the perfect location. All sights are within 5 to 15 mins walking distance. The train station is a 20 minute walk and we did a trip to Lake Garda which again only takes around 20 mins. I would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom had a glass panel from floor to ceiling which meant you could see straight into the shower area in the bathroom. Not really a problem as we had a separate sitting area. Not sure whether the other bedrooms have this feature, but good to know as this might not suit everyone.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel! The room, the staff, the location, the breakfast, it was a pleasure. The rooms were large and included all amenities you will need. The staff were all extremely pleasant & helpful. The location is perfect for walking the city center & easily getting in & out if you have a car - just reserve parking with the hotel before you arrive (it is valet parking).

Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful selection of fruit and everything else you would expect including a great cooked selection. The staff at breakfast were extremely attentive and they catered for a gluten free diet. The room and bathroom were spacious, quiet and the bed very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and set the room air conditioning to ensure the room was cool at night. The hotel is in an excellent location only a short walk from many of the main attractions.

We were very upset with booking.cim since when we booked the rate quoted on the the site which was CHF 420 done past nom/dec 2023 and when we checked availability for the same day the rate was CHF 235 for the same accommodation. The hotel unfortunately couldn’t do much since it was not under their control. Booking.com didn’t not attempt to contact us to say that there was a better deal. We have decided from now on to do booking directly with the property. So we will no longer use Booking.com. I have been using it for more than 10 years. I had written on the same web site expressing my concerns on the vast difference in pricing. I again did not receive any response. Bad very bad experience

Discrete entrance, beautiful premises designed with much taste, spacious room, ideal location. Every member of staff helpful, attentive, kind, discrete and efficient. We appreciated every aspect of our stay at NH Palazzo Verona and enjoyed our time there very much. Our wishes were met before we could express them, which makes this hotel a true five-star in the best tradition. Thank you!
