Breakfast - absolutely brilliant. Impeccable service. Quality of food was outstanding. Good variety. Rooms - clean, modern and comfy. A bit crammed with our extra bed but we didn’t mind too much. The room was always cleaned promptly and left spotless when we returned from breakfast. Reception - staff were attentive. Location - fantastic! Steps away from the beach with a street full of restaurants. Train station right in front too and a mall right next door. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Lifts - at busy times could be waiting a good 5 mins for the lift as there were 16 floors and only 3 small lifts. Shower - drain seemed to be partially blocked so there was always a pool of water in the shower basin whilst being used. I should have asked for this to be fixed but never got a chance. We asked the bar staff for a bottle of water whilst we were waiting in the lobby and the lady told us she would charge us but if she sent it to our room it would be free. It seemed bizarre to go upstairs and wait for her to send us up a free bottle when we were right there. When we pushed further to speak to a manager, she eventually just gave us the bottle. We felt that was a bit frustrating.

The place and location were amazing, clean and comfortable

At the welcome desk - I hope because of the stress of the day - the personnel were not able to give me a suitable option for my problem. I submitted an inquiry 5 days before my arrival and didn’t get any reply, and at the moment of my check in I faced a problem with my reservation because of the ‘no response to my question by the booking platform’. It was not their fault entirely but it would have been appreciated a bit more of help to solve my problem and not receive just a “no, it’s not possible…. Next” Anyway, lesson learned. Next time I won’t rely on the replies by booking platforms.

The location is excellent. It is close to the Train Station with rapid train to Casablanca. The shopping mall is next door which also has a grocery store. Bank and Money exchange also next door. A very good cafe/restaurant across the street as well as McDonalds and multiple restaurants all around. The new ocean front esplanade is right across the street. The young lady, Fatima, who cleaned our room every day was very pleasant and greeted us every day. We were also impressed with the men who guarded the front of the hotel.

Our air conditioner was complicated and hard to keep it running all the time. We did not upgrade the internet and that also was a bit of a nuisance because it had to be re-started every 24 hours.

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring I had a great night's rest. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I also really enjoyed the Breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn to anyone visiting the area. The attention to detail, friendly service, and great facilities truly made my stay a standout experience. I will definitely be coming back!

I and my wife enjoyed 2 nights at the hilton garden inn in late jan 2025,,the hotel was very pleasant and the staff we're exceptionally polite,courteous,informative and extremely motivated in providing a service that was worthy of any 5 star hotel(omaima and Ossama) really stood out in there approach in providing an exceptional experience for us,we would also like to thank all the staff at the hilton garden inn who also contributed in making our stay fantastic. Location is right on the beach front,and just a short drive away from the old medina and souks and also the train station is a 2min walk away.

Close to the center, near railway station and beach. Extra sleeping place was ready upon our arrival. Friendly staff including guards outside. Good variety at breakfast incl.both european and local dishes. Garage under the building.

We were surprised with no amenities in the bathroom. Well, there were towels of course and 3 bottles on the wall in the shower. But nothing on the basin. Strong sweet smell of air freshener near elevators made me feeling uncomfortable. Construction site opposite to hotel (no noise). Seems like kid forgot airpods in the room but noone wrote us (so do us). This is what I'm not sure about, but we've never seen them again after check-out. Sea isn't good for swimming due to city sewage drain nearby, beach is very dirty (but I hope that beach in Tanger isn't the main aim for tourists to visit the city).

At first they gave me a smoking room. This is the second hotel in Tangier that did that, so probably best to specify before that you don't want a smoking room. The staff changed me and were friendly and gracious about it. My room was on the 11th floor and quiet and calm. I felt comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler. There were almost always taxis available when I needed one. There is a small food service area in the lobby which was really convenient and had fresh fruit every day, which I enjoyed. You don't realized how much you need it until you eat kefte three days in a row.

I sent my pants to get pressed and they couldn't find them for two days. It was frustrating, but not a big deal since they eventually found them. Also, the hotel decor is tired and could use a refresh.

Breakfast was fun of variety and the staff was super especially standing out was Claire who served us from 24-25 and she was on her toes with customers bring food requests to their seats with a lot of smiles. Claire was outstanding and makes one's day during breakfast. Thank you for your brilliant service CLAIRE. The female supervisor for during our stay was also very good. She resolved stuff without calling on supervisees for the job.

The Smiles and welcoming attitude of Claire and the attitude of the female supervisor. The rooms and location of the hotel was superb. The hotel is facing the sea with very beautiful view and friendly staff.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was more than superb, being in the heart of the city along the seaside promenade. Moreover, on the same street, there is Tangier City Mall. As for the room, it was incredibly spacious with a beachfront view and impeccably clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, attentive, and everyone greeted you with a warm smile, striving to ensure your comfort. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone for their excellent hospitality, with special thanks to Ms. Hajar, responsible for cleanliness, and Mr. Ibrahim. Everyone, without exception, contributed to making my stay delightful.

The AC was amazing. The location and staff were very helpful. Overall nice stay.

During check-in I was asked to wait until 3pm on the dot to check in when I arrived at 2:30pm so they told me to have a seat and wait. I was not called to check in until 3:20pm even though reception were not helping anyone at that moment and I had to get up to ask for an update.
