Grounds, staff and ALL the restarants were amazing!

The pool chari policy MUST be revised. It is unfair to allow people to SAVE seats with towels and then not show up for hours. My suggestion is to have the staff keep an eye out for these saved seats and remove belongings to a central area and placed in clear bags until people can retrieve them. After 1 hour of no one sitting - they lose the seast to those who will be sitting at the pool.

The view from the room was wonderful. The property itself was located where it was easy to explore the city and enjoy what it had to offer. The staff was friendly, and warm and always greeted us with a smile.

The quality of the food in the restaurants was mediocre, at best. Lines at the front desk moved slowly because there were too few agents. By mid-morning, every chair around the pool had a towel on it to save it for people who were not using it leaving few choices available. This system of allowing people to save a chair all day long is easily remediated but has not been. We had reserved and paid for a view room, but for the first night of our stay, the hotel did not have an available room. Thus, we had to repack and move when our room did become available.

Loved having a cot in our room at no charge, and the pool was BEAUTIFUL. The little island in the middle was a hit with my kids. The breakfast buffet was delicious and really good. We also really enjoyed the cafe/stand that had crepes and ice cream. Seeing the whales on a trip we organized ourselves was absolutely incredible.

The restaurants for dinner weren't a great fit for our family. Though we didn't visit the one next to the beach, the asian one in back didn't have a kids menu or good options for the kids. The American-style sports bar didn't have many vegetarian options. One night we had room service and the pizza was edible not good. Our excursion to Las Caletas was okay, not great.

Beautiful, quiet and secluded beach with a great view of the bay and the Pacific. Polite, attentive staff. Extremely convenient for the airport (only 10mins away). Nice clean hotel. Lovely spa and treatment package.

Compared to the Marriott Resort in Cancun, the facilities were limited. There was just one central pool for all age groups (no separate adults-only pool) and really only one restaurant for dinner. While there are good restaurants in Centro and Zona Romantica, they are 30-40mins away from the hotel depending on traffic. For an $833 per night room, I would expect breakfast to be included but it wasn't. The beach was continually red flagged for the presence of crocodiles and other dangerous marine life so I didn't swim. The service for the Heladeria was excruciatingly slow; there either needs to be more than one member of staff behind the counter or a greater sense of urgency as waiting 30mins to be served feels avoidable.

Everything is good, pool is always organized and its great that there is always someone there that can assist us if needed, room is just right, breakfast is Execellent.

we stayed for 14 days, I booked from March 20 and leave on April 3, unfortunately it was broken down to 2 accommodations, the first one was from Mar 20 then I had to close the account on April 1st and book again from April 1st and leave on April 3rd. But on April 2 no chamber maid visited our room to clean and replenish our water, very disappointed on that one.

The semi private beach was great. And the swim up bar was nice. The front bellmen were great everyone we needed to go somewhere and the pickleball courts were available and nice. After fishing, the cook prepared our fish for us which was so amazing and tasty.

The pool was very small for the amount of guests staying there. The ocean was unavailable due to the undertow. On arrival us a quite a few other guests were moved to another facility which was inconvenient. The patio chairs were not comfortable and the rooms don’t have bathtub options.

Bugs in the bed

Location, friendly staff, and the outside restaurant. The cleaning lady was very good, along with the waiters at the pool. The lunches at the outside restaurant were great. I give my compliments to the lunch chef. Very tasty every day.

The dinner hours at the Japanese restaurant were to late, and very crowded around the pool with so many children. A tall lemonade is brought to you in a 6 or 8 ounce cup. The dinner at the same outside restaurant. Ordered Maui fish special and it came with 2 sticks of asparagus and bread with a very little side dish on it.

Pool was fabulous, closeness to Marina and restaurants there - great! WE dined at 2 of the 4 restaurants on the property (Casitas and Mikado) food was great. Our housekeeping lady Yasmeen Hernandez was terrific- any request she got it to us right away and keep our room very clean. Thank you Yasmeen.

People at front desk- THREE times I told them about my sock that fell to lower lever patio and they did nothing. Also requested a bathrobe and shower mat ( safety reasons for this), did not get these until we requested them from our wonderful housekeeping person, Yasmeen
