Clean, well located, very nice bed and linen. Very friendly staff.

At night it feels too scary, that the reception is empty. There is no phone to call reception in case something is needed.

I like the fact that the hotel was very centrally located but more importantly I was offered an unimaginably low price (i.e. less than 60 euros) for the room.

While the hotel itself was great, my experience was affected by noisy neighbors from the room opposite mine late at night. Unfortunately, there was no phone in the room to contact reception directly, and I was too tired to go downstairs to report it. Despite this, I would definitely stay at this hotel again if they offer the same rate in the future.

Very nice hotel. Only 15 minute walk from Den Haag Centraal Station. If you have a bike, you can park it inside in the car garage. The staff in the hotel are very kind and helpful. They serve breakfast, not in the hotel itself but 2 doors down the street. It's a nice continental breakfast with a fried egg, but no fruits or yoghurt/muesli, only bread. It's not a buffet; the staff prepare it for you and serve you at your table. I told the lady I didn't want any cold meat. She acknowledged that but didn't ask if I wanted anything else instead. All I got was 2 slices of cheese (and of course there were sweet toppings on the table, like chocolate sprinkles). When I had finished those, I asked if I could have some extra cheese, and I got 1 more slice. Oh boy. She didn't offer a single smile either. I didn't think it was unfair to ask for something so I don't know why she was so cold to me. Bathroom was fine for a single person, it's too small for 2 people at the same time, the sink is very small. Very good bed. The room has a table with 2 chairs and also a desk uder the window.I will definitely stay here again.

Room was very barebones, but very clean. Showering solution was elegant. The bed was big and comfy. The room is not one that invites you to just hang out, which is a good thing if you're there to explore or work.

I'd prefer light switches to the entire room near the bed and more power outlets, specifically near the table area. For some, room cleaning service once every two or three days might be too little, but it's an effective cost cutting measure and if your mother told you how to make your own bed, you'll be just fine.

A perfect hotel for a budget price, everything is modern and nice. Super close to the historic city centre. Walking distance to a tram and bus stops, from which you can reach the central train station and the seaside. Very helpful and polite hosts. We could also leave our luggage at the lockers by the reception, once we vacated our rooms. Would definitely stay here again next time :)

Everything was perfect!

I had stayed here before, in 2022 and was a little surprised by the recent reviews. Yes, my room was a bit compact but the bed is perfectly comfortable. It is quiet at night, I did not even need my earplugs. The shower is nice and we'll designed, there is an outlet next to the bed, the wifi works just fine and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Best of all is the location, literally around the corner from Palace Noordeinde and Lange Voorhout. Excellent value for money and I gladly go back soon. Warmly recommend this hotel.

Excellent central location Very clean Quiet Air con was very welcome as was badly needed on a hot day. Staff were really nice Free chilled water refills

No tea or coffee in room and had to pay for a machine in reception which served very small and. not very nice coffee and tea. The parking was stated as 5 mins away but felt a lot longer especially with bags to carry.

This property is an excellent example of budget accommodation that is nevertheless comfortable and even enjoyable. I just needed an inexpensive place to sleep for the night, but also did not want to stay in a hostel and share a room and bathroom. And this is exactly what easyHotel had to offer. I had a private room and bath, free wifi, comfortable bed, and that was all that I needed. Towels and toiletries were included as well. As others have mentioned, the room is small indeed but only if you compare it to a regular hotel room which is usually more expensive. Otherwise, this room still had enough space for a bed, bath and luggage. I was alone, but I'd say even two people will manage for a night or two. Good location.

The receptionist was very accommodated and Mac has understand we were so tired with our journey and we have ask for an early check in and he has try his best for us, so please send our warmest thanks to Max the early reception and also the late staff were very helpful and friendly towards the guest ,very nice stay indeed 😇

Room was ok - for price it was fine; we had problems with the keycard so had our room changed which was to not such a good location as first room. Pity. Liked that we were on top floor. Place is well located and it was not far to either centre and railway station. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Not many power points in the room. People next door were a bit noisy in small hours and room was opposite a fire door which banged a bit (first room was in much quieter location).
