Hotel as expected

Breakfast was expensive and cooked items were cold. Charged my Booking.com price on check in, then the hotel decided I had been undercharged and attempted to charge an extra £700 for 2 rooms for 2 nights when I had paid almost £500 on check in. After some investigation they decided I owed another £190 but what I was eventually charged bore no resemblance either to my Booking.com price or the total additional cost which had been set out in the invoice. I was left with the impression that the additional charges was nothing more than a ploy to force additional money from the customer. Very disappointing from a brand like the Hilton.

Like; Best location, clean and comfortable, most staff very helpful, we only have a shower at home so it was lovely to have a bath, so relaxing after a busy day. I did have to buy bubble bath, Dislike; on asking a question to a member of staff , they didn’t know the answer , that was that? At breakfast I had to ask a member of staff if we helped our self to tea and coffee as nobody came to our table, the lady said she would come, whilst I was getting my breakfast the member of staff came to the table and said to my husband , coffee for you and she wants tea??( I wasn’t there) Rude?

Upon arrivals the young man working at reception was very polite and welcoming, the hotel was very clean and security was thorough which I appreciated. I spoke to the young man at the reception and he was helpful and informative. Even the other guests staying at the hotel were pleasant and we greeted each other with smiles which sweetened the experience. The hotel room was spacious and very clean might I add. I was not disappointed at all, well, perhaps because I didn’t extend my stay for another night. I slept like a baby that night. I even had a complementary room upgrade which was extra special. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I, myself, will be back. I loved my stay at Hilton London Wembley. Checkout was smooth and the young woman who assisted me with checkout was also very friendly and greeted me with a pleasant smile. Lovely lady. Oh and even the cleaners were so kind!! They all said hi to me and directed me to the elevators when I was a little confused. The team were so friendly and nice. Keep up the good work!

This is my second stay and it is the best Hilton hotel I’ve been in , I’ve stayed in Sweden , turkey and many others through work, organisations etc but this one is exceptional great place to be. I recommend it very well. 1. Christian from Reception who checked us in (Room Number 403 ) was amazing, quick and informative. He was very well presentable , respectful and overall a great member to have. 2. I’m very sorry if I get this wrong at the reception we was given two tooth brushes by an Arab decent receptionist - tall very clean, very very professional and very quick in solving my tooth brush issue - made us feel at home - I wish I took his name because he deserves all credit due. 3. The girl who checked us out who charged me £8.50 for a bottle of water was also great as she was doing her job by charging such amount but overall her service was impressive and our checkout was smooth and quick. She held a very welcoming smile and made our checkout out memorable. 4. I cannot stress how good this place is and I’m one to leave a comment as it is without sugar coating well done Hilton London Wembley ! And I shall make it my home every time I’m in London and that’s for sure!

I was only disappointed with one issue, upon checkout i was charged around £8.50 for a smart bottle of water which cost £1.20 at the shops, I didn’t know it was the mini bar water as it was on top of the desk and not in the fridges, I was tired , exhausted and didn’t think it’ll cost that much so decided to drink it. I do a lot of charity and spending £8.50 for one bottle of water was very upsetting and hurtful had I known that I’d have not touched it nevertheless it’s a lesson learned in a hard way. To have full transparency it’ll be ideal if prices are open and transparent even though everything was good and I’m still happy having paid £8.50 for a bottle of water which costs no more than £1.20 was very hurtful.

Great location right next to the stadium, staff were really helpful - we arrived early to drop our bags and they let us check in early as the room was ready which was much appreciated. Family room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great - lots of choice which set us up nicely for the day, and again staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The recommended car park next door was really handy and reduced rates when validated at the hotel (though just to note we went slightly over 24hours and had to pay for a full additional 24 hours, which I hadn’t noticed that it was a charge per 24 hours period, but still felt it was reasonable value for the convenience). I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Wembley.

We used the leisure facilities both days and the pool was really too crowded to be able to swim/enjoy ourselves on the first evening, with swimming lessons taking place as well as lots of other guests/members, so maybe need to pick your timing if you’re hoping to use these facilities. We went back after breakfast the following morning and it was quieter and much more enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing location. We came down for the charity shield and the staff were amazingly welcoming even giving my little boy a welcome gift. Ideal parking, and for only £15 you can’t go wrong. The room was large modern and very clean. We ordered some room service which was also really nice. Probably a little on the expensive side, but what can you expect for London? The breakfast was really nice with a massive selection. Loads to do around the hotel as well with restaurants andbars a plenty. Also thought that the sky bar was a really nice touch with a really good atmosphere after the match even for the Manchester United fans. The staff allowed me to bring some guests in for a couple of drinks which I thought was lovely as naturally the area was extremely busy post match.

I would be thinking too hard to try and find something that wasn’t there.

Good location - short walk from underground, next door to the OVO arena and good food places. Modern and spacious hotel and room. Nice big tv with good sound in the room. Good quality and amount of options for the breakfast buffet.

Minibar (extremely expensive) uses pressure sensors so you can't keep your own things chilled without them charging you money. They do warn you about this on check-in but in this day and age if you have a minibar - the contents should be included in the room cost - which already was very expensive. The lights in the room all had individual switches, rather than using one or two to turn them all off, slightly annoying going to bed.

Room was lovely and spacious, clean, and well presented. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay, and lovely big beds!

Although I had read that parking was £15 for the nearby carpark, I got back to the carpark and faced a fee of £61. I went back to the hotel to ask them about it, and they informed me that I just needed to add my registration number to their tablet and this would update the price - which it did. My only complaint with this is that if I had been informed of this before walking back to my car it'd have saved both energy and stress. It wouldn't have taken long for a staff member to inform me of this process at the point of checking out, so this was my only frustration.

We arrived early but our room wasn't ready. We was allowed to use the spa facilities which killed some time. It was enjoyable but looked tired and for a Hilton, unattractive. We checked into our room. Within 20 mins we noticed an irritating screeching noise. I could not hear it. I called reception and they sent maintenance to the room. Quite quick. They found the problem with the ceiling fan and replaced it straight away. Personally we found the drinks and snacks expensive. We did not have breakfast. We was allowed to store our bags in reception whilst we shopped The location was great for our needs. The downside is that we recommended it to a disabled relatives for a date she required and the price went ridiculous to £1000 which is 8 times more than we paid. So no that would not have been good value and she could not afford that for one night!

How friendy everyone was, we was made to feel at home, breakfast was very nice Fantastic location for the show we were seeing Pool was great Room was big and very comfortable Bathroom was a great size You couldn't hear any other guests when in your room so it was very peaceful
