I would like to thank the wonderful receptionist Catalina from Moldova. She was extremely helpful, very kind and professional, she deserves all the praise. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location is great, right next to Wembley Stadium where we came to watch a boxing match.

Hotel as expected

Breakfast was expensive and cooked items were cold. Charged my Booking.com price on check in, then the hotel decided I had been undercharged and attempted to charge an extra £700 for 2 rooms for 2 nights when I had paid almost £500 on check in. After some investigation they decided I owed another £190 but what I was eventually charged bore no resemblance either to my Booking.com price or the total additional cost which had been set out in the invoice. I was left with the impression that the additional charges was nothing more than a ploy to force additional money from the customer. Very disappointing from a brand like the Hilton.

Comfortable rooms, the adjacent parking is useful and while the discounted rate of £15 a day feels expensive, not bad for parking in London. Easy links into the centre of London and Wembley itself is a good area for drinks and shopping. The restaurant is nice and food is good quality.

Whilst the swimming pool and sauna/steam room Is a nice addition it is small and not particularly clean. There were used plasters around the side of the pool and even after telling the staff they were still there the next day. When there are matches on at the studious opposite it can get quite rowdy and the nearby shops stop selling alcohol. The Sky Bar is advertised as if it’s a cosy romantic spot for a cocktail but can also be loud and busy,

Honestly, everything was wonderful. The hotel is very clean. The staff are extremely respectful and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, very diverse, and the restaurant seating and views are also fantastic. The rooms are spacious, which is honestly something rare to find in the UK. The hotel is very close to the markets and surrounded by many facilities. For those who enjoy events and concerts at Wembley Stadium, the hotel is more than excellent. Security and safety at the hotel are very high. As for me, I will definitely repeat the experience, and it will be one of my top choices when visiting London.

There are no seating areas in the hotel’s ground floor lobby. When you request a taxi or an Uber, you have to wait standing in the lobby, as there isn’t even a single chair available to sit on. The price is considered very high.

The location was perfect for what we wanted with a very comfortable and spacious room. check-in and out was easy. Staff very approachable and friendly. Standard buffet breakfast.

We had to wait to check in to our room even though we arrived after the recommended time and the receptionist didnt advise that we could go to the bar and wait, this was done by another team member who happened to be walking past us when we were wondering what to do. An explanation about the mini bar and what not to touch on check in would have been helpful and saved a bit of hassle

They had to turn the air conditioning off because it was stuck on & the hotel was fully booked. They did apologise & refunded my breakfast and gave us 4 drinks vouchers. The staff was great but the room was hot without the air conditioning working.Very nice staff who actually did seem to care hence the refund on the breakfast and drinks vouchers that I accepted as compensation. I would definitely stay there again and have stayed there many times before. It was good watching Aston Villa players & staff roaming the hotel & getting on the team bus. That was my highlight of my stay

The check-in was quick and easy. The front desk was able to get us a room an hour earlier than check-in time. The security team was courteous and friendly. We felt safe inside the hotel at all times. Housekeeping was quick to our request for toothbrushes. Housekeeping staff were courteous when we meet them in the hallways. Check-out was a breeze as we only left our keys at the lobby. We will be back soon.

Only 1 side of the bed had easy access to a plug socket or USB charging ports. It would be appreciated if both sides of the bed had easy access to charging ports/plug sockets.

Room was very comfortable, and breakfast was good. Although included we were charged a huge amount on top for room service. We decided to have breakfast in our room because the hotel was full of football supporters who, although not a problem, were very loud.

We had hoped to round off our evening with a drink in the bar, but only stayed a very short while as it was full of very noisy football supporters. In order to converse, we had to sit in a very dark corner of the roof terrace. In the past when we have stayed there were two bars open, but when we asked the doorman if there was anywhere else we could go for a quiter drink, he said no.

Like; Best location, clean and comfortable, most staff very helpful, we only have a shower at home so it was lovely to have a bath, so relaxing after a busy day. I did have to buy bubble bath, Dislike; on asking a question to a member of staff , they didn’t know the answer , that was that? At breakfast I had to ask a member of staff if we helped our self to tea and coffee as nobody came to our table, the lady said she would come, whilst I was getting my breakfast the member of staff came to the table and said to my husband , coffee for you and she wants tea??( I wasn’t there) Rude?

Upon arrivals the young man working at reception was very polite and welcoming, the hotel was very clean and security was thorough which I appreciated. I spoke to the young man at the reception and he was helpful and informative. Even the other guests staying at the hotel were pleasant and we greeted each other with smiles which sweetened the experience. The hotel room was spacious and very clean might I add. I was not disappointed at all, well, perhaps because I didn’t extend my stay for another night. I slept like a baby that night. I even had a complementary room upgrade which was extra special. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I, myself, will be back. I loved my stay at Hilton London Wembley. Checkout was smooth and the young woman who assisted me with checkout was also very friendly and greeted me with a pleasant smile. Lovely lady. Oh and even the cleaners were so kind!! They all said hi to me and directed me to the elevators when I was a little confused. The team were so friendly and nice. Keep up the good work!
