The staff was amazing, and very helpful, I don't remember the young ladies name that checked Me in, but she was extremely informative about local eateries within walking distance from the location.

There honestly won't anything , I didn't like about the place, it had a comfortable bed and a shower, and a TV, with a roof, everything I asked for.

The location was great and the room was well equipped. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk was clueless. The climate control in the room was make shift portable unit that did not function. The remote control sensor for the television was behind the stand. The "unavailable" maintenance man located and repositioned the sensor and gruffly departed, I thought about asking for assistance with the make shift climate control unit but instead turned it off as I didn't want to deal with that attitude. The breakfast was sad and the dining room to small. The lobby was comfortable but the tv was all about broadcasting Christian propoganda.

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate travelers and guests with a can-do attitude, a smile and a sense of humor. The room was large, light, good lighting, and windows opened for fresh air.

Facility and rooms in dire need of repairs. Broken old air conditioners, windows stuck shut. Owners need to invest in updates. Hospitality of front desk and housekeeping can barely make up for the condition of the property

They ladies at the desk we very nice and not rude, rushing, not paying attention They greeted us and we friendly it was very welcoming. I had to book last minute because of a family emergency so it was nice to be greeted and welcomed.

I felt bad opening my curtains because the homeless in the back, however they did not disrupt our stay in anyway.

I liked the spa tub in our room.

The way the staff talked to me and treated me. They made multiple comments on only allowing the people registered to the room in the room and said that if they caught more people they would kick ALL of us out without a refund. It was a stay for myself and my husband

you need to make the black out curtain changed to go all the way across the window. With this location and summertime and the 19 hours of daylight. total blackout with curtains is a must. Also, you need to repair the drywall behind the room door where someone pushed the door stop through the drywall.

They have renovated rooms. Ibgot one of them. They have an outside patio. All new interior. New TV. Nice big beds. Bathroom is spacious and beautifully clean. Has a TV (large), microwave, coffeemaker and a small fridge for food and drinks. Pretty nice for the buck! One of the best deals in town, IMO.

Location is a little remote for walking in winter weather. Otherwise OK. Taxis come quick from downtown.

Good price for the room. The staff was courteous. Beds were comfortable and room was nice size. The shuttle from the airport was great. They also had a shuttle for the railroad.

No restaurants close by. Had to order food for supper.

The staff at the desk were very patient and welcoming. The room was well equipped. Warm room temperature. My king-sized room had a dependable microwave. Good cable TV. Clean rugs and bedsheets. Clean bathroom and good temperature water.

Bathtub curtains rest on a curved instead of a straight bar, making the curtain to sag in the middle and leaving a gap in on the edges when the shower is on. Towels were not anywhere in the room. The ice machine required a little learning curve, but it did work fine. Hallways had noisy people sometimes.

I was there for a few hours but had to check out hours before checkout date because i had to catch an early flight. I slept from exhaustion whike i was there and had a pretty good uninterrupted sleep. Pretty quiet.

Maybe the building can be a little brighter with much light. When i was there… it just seemed a bit dim. Hallways, elevator, the whole building.
