Staff were friendly. Breakfast and happy hour were amazing Pool was great Hotel convenience with regard to location was great

When I arrived the safe was not working. The engineer came to fix it but was unable to do so. He said someone would be by the next morning but they never came so I stopped at the front desk and asked that someone come fix it. No one came and the safe was never fixed and was unable to be used. I arrived late on a Saturday night and left Thursday morning.Monday and Tuesday my room was never cleaned. Monday I stopped at the front desk to get towels. Tuesday I took pool towels for my family to shower. I wished that my room was in a different location and not backing up to the highway. I booked this reservation last fall.

This is my second time staying here. We came for work and we came with our dog. It is a good place for dogs, they have a lot of grass area and we always stay on the ground floor and it is very comfortable to take our dog out. I think it is a good hotel, it is true that it is old and it needs some changes or arrangements. The included breakfast is wonderful, the truth is that it is a breakfast of a 5 star hotel. And the employees are very friendly.

There's not much I don't like, really. But it's true that the maintenance staff are constantly passing by your room with the cleaning cart and it's a bit annoying, even more so when you have a dog that hears noises at the door and barks, and that's from morning until 4 pm. Another thing they should change is the breakfast schedule, because from Monday to Friday it ends at 9 am, I think it ends a bit early, they should leave it like Saturdays and Sundays until 10:30 am, because when you're on vacation you don't want to rush to get home late. At least I don't feel like eating when I just wake up, I need some time (like take a shower, take your dog for a walk, feed him and then go have breakfast in peace).

I liked the room, which was very spacious. The bed was comfy. Access to the ice machine and staying on the 1st floor was beneficial. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel stay. The food was excellent. The distant to the room from the parking lot was great. Great place for eatery's. The incidental fee was replaced the next morning at check out.

The AC took awhile to get cool in the room, but of course it was very hot outside, about 114 degrees. The credit card machine was out and had to fill out papers to use my card.

I was blown away, honestly, by all of it. It was a gorgeous hotel, I loved, loved, loved our rooms. (We were here from So. Cal for my daughters graduation at ASU) she had her own room. The breakfast was delicious, the grounds were beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the happy hour snacks and drinks, everyone was really nice and helpful.

King suite facing pool was 2nd room from stairwell... OMG, it was so unpleasant. Loud even just people walking quietly up or down. The room was so cold. 63 degrees when we entered, 65 degrees two and half hours later, with the tstat as high on heat as it would go. Topped out at 77 and just blew cold air. Uncomfortable to sleep so cold.

The rooms were clean. I like that there was a separate room with an extra TV and couch with a fold out bed. The free breakfast was amazing. They went above and beyond with the amount of food for their guests.

I requested for a quiet room, but my location was right near the freeway. I heard loud vehicles all night. The pool was dirty. I went for the swim the next morning and found a candy bar wrapper and hundreds of dead bugs in the pool.

Love the location and plenty of grass to potty the dog. Staff were super nice.

I did not have breakfast, I’m a vegan so I didn’t even check it out. Same for restaurant/dinner unfortunately. Disappointed that suite didn’t have a bigger fridge, it was also warm and we had to put our perishables in a warm fridge upon arrival.

property is very convenient to Tempe and Phoenix attractions. Love the fact that it is dog friendly and has walkways and grassy areas where you can take your dog. The layout is even dog friendly as the rooms are adjacent to grassy areas and you don’t have to go through the lobby every time you want to go outside. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely furnished.

unfortunately, our bathroom smelled musty so we kept the door closed so the smell wouldn’t bother us. I didn’t see any water leaks or areas of concern so that was puzzling.

The grounds are actually very pretty it is pretty loud traffic off the freeway and it’s pretty open with parking and access. The front desk lady who was working Friday morning was really accommodating to my situation and I appreciate her.

It was good for the purpose, a bit older but very welcoming.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, restaurant was good. Very convenient location in Tempe. Surprisingly quiet, as it is next to the freeway. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The water in the shower smelled a little odd, though I'm not sure if that was the hotel or if it was Phoenix. The pillows weren't the best.
