It was under construction, but it was still nice and clean

I didn’t like the fact that there was some teenagers above us that we’re too loud all night long and we really didn’t get to rest also as I was leaving the next morning, the door handle broke off in my hand the manager when I took it out said that she would take some money off for the inconvenience but that was on March 11 of 2025 and they still have $182 pending from my account but they still haven’t let go and still haven’t given me any money back for my deposit nothing

Everything about the place was great.. room spacious and clean.. staff happy, polite, and helpful.. easy to find (literally just off H101).. and if you wanna eat they have a menu.. or there are plenty of places within 5-10min drive.

Being charged $10 a night to park my car.. its a purpous built hotel with a large carpark.. I dont like being charged for a room and then being told I have to pay extra to stay in it!! Sort it out Holiday Inn.. just let guests pay one charge inc parking.. its better all round.. it feels from the guest POV you're just being greedy charging extra for parking. TBF to the young lady at checkout.. when she asked if my stay was ok.. I jokingly replied yes apart from the $10 parking charge.. so you better refund it or I'll give you a terrible review.. with a smile on her face she said oh no we cant have that and comped me the parking fee.. Its little things like that make the difference between a slightly pee'd off guest or a completely satisfied guest.

I truly liked how I was able to bring my dog and that the breakfast at the hotel was amazing and was even better after a reheat. Loved the beds and housekeeping staff was amazing!!! We had a dog that was very anxious and he ended up chilling out.

I didnt like that that the hot tub was broken but i work in the industry so i get that sometimes that is just the way it is.

The staff was great (morning, night, maintenance, our servers for breakfast) they all were so friendly and helpful. They all had exceptional customer service. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was warm. Our room was clean and everything in the room worked great. The plus is we were able to have our fur baby with us during our stay.

The hot tub didn't work

The room was large and perfect for our family. All of the staff was friendly. They greet you walking the halls with a smile. They have an in house restaurant that made breakfast and dinner much easier. The pool and hot tub area was great. Hardly anyone there. In our week long stay, i heard anther guest in our room 1 time.(thru the ceiling, kids running) The walls are very well insulated for sound.

The carpet was stained which gave a sense of dirty even though it was clean. They were slow to fulfill requests (pillows, towels, etc. ) but it's post pandemic so they're probably understaffed. It was on the more expensive side for us and didn't really feel worth the extra money spent (but I'm really cheap) No room service from the restaurant. You had to go pick it up.

I loved the location right off the freeway and close activities for my kids. Staff was nice and facility was clean and bigger then i though. Our room came with a kitchenettewich was happy surprise. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

I did not like the hidden fees at all! 1st a $100 deposit fee/ refundable of course but wasn't expecting that and it came out of the $ I brought to take my family out. And 2cnd They charge $10 to park in there own parking lot 🤨 that I did not like.

I like that there was no hassle at check in. I booked through booking.com and I didn't get there until midnight. The gentleman behind the desk was very fast and efficient. He informed me of all the great amenities they had to offer. Very pleased with the service and my room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for the great service and room. Please keep doing a great job

I didn't like the fact I had to leave early in the morning for work. That's not holidays inn fault though. I should have called in sick. Lol

I loved the size of the room. It was very spacious and the queen beds were comfortable, the kitchenette area was great and bathroom as well. It was the best hotel we stayed in in Southern California. Thank you! Also, I loved having the restaurant right there in the hotel, and made it so easy to have a nice breakfast before we left. The food was also delicious.

Only stayed for one night. The rooms were large. The gym was clean and well-equipped for a quick workout.

I specifically asked for a quiet room, but they gave me one right on a busy street. And I had to pay for parking too, which I knew about, but I thought the parking lot would be secure.

Room & Bed was very nice. Didn't get meals. The staff was very friendly & efficient.

WHEN WE MADE OUR RESERVATION, IT SAID "FREE PARKING". WE ENDED UP PAYING FOR FOUR DAYS PARKING. THIS WASN'T WHAT THEY ADVERTISED.
