Check-in was fast and easy; the staff was friendly and welcoming. We arrive on a Wednesday and checked out on Thursday. In the evening, me and mother got into the hot tub and it was relaxing. No one else was in the hot tub or swimming pool area. After the hot tub we came into the lobby and the front desk employee offered to put on the fireplace for us. It was nice and we sat and had a coffee. The rooms and hallways were quiet in the evening and throughout the night. The breakfast was good. My family enjoyed our stay at the Agrarian Hotel in Arroyo Grande and we will definitely return. Thank you staff for the great customer service and making us feel comfortable.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming to my Service Dog Toby!! The bed Was high quality gel foam. Firmer side but absolutely perfection due to a recent car accident. Being 34 years old, I feel bad alot and the comfort was exactly what I needed on this short vacation. The staff and hospitality were like no other!! The balcony being able to enjoy that was private to our room was excellent. I didn't have to worry with my Dog coming out to get air with me.

I wish my room had a bath instead of only a shower (I am a bath soaker as most woman are) lol But in all honestly? As a normal thing for hotels on or near the ocean, the shower water and sink water did smell like musty ocean smell and you can tell is heavy of water conditioners, but to be honest, as a Santa cruz/San jose baby, This is fairly common when your in the ocean zone areas.

The staff was so welcoming, polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and with super comfy beds. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was perfect. Using the room heater was super easy and it was quick to warm the room. Having a continental breakfast each morning until 10am, was a money saver. The waffles were great! They also give complimentary water bottles, doesnt sound like a lot, but it was very much appreciated. The location is in this cute little area with lots of shops, restaurants and tasting rooms all within a short walking distance. Its also super close to the freeway and a 10min drive to Pismo Beach, if youre exploring the local beach town. They also have an outdoor jacuzzi that we frequented. It wasnt too cold because the buildings blocked the wind, it was a great way to end the day!

A plus to the stay would have been a smart tv that we could log into our streaming apps. The rooms had several lights but I think it could have been brighter, especially around the table area.

Everything met the expectations for this type of hotel. The location is excellent- right at the top of the Village. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was cozy with a nice fire and solid breakfast choices. The staff was calm and friendly. Water was freely provided at the front desk.

The shower needs bleach on the floor in the corner cracks; it appears mold is growing. I would not stand for that at home. The staff was most responsive when an accident with the shower head occurred. It came off while trying to adjust it and the staff replaced it with a new one within the hour.

The location was great at the end of main downtown with all the restaurants/bars and shops. The room was nice spacious very clean pool/spa which we did not use too cold bed was not a Queen more like a full size bed but very comfortable with lots of pillows. I love that there was a balcony that you can go outside sit and have coffee also has a microwave and small fridge, the hotel is conveniently located near the freeway.

Location, room and breakfast

There's a sign by the keurig coffee maker in the lobby area that says to discard used k-cup.. it would be great if there was a garbage can in the vicinity .. closest one was by the waffle maker side of the room and those things are HOT when you remove them

This is such a beautifully designed property. We love the rooms and the amenities.

We were disappointed that the pool was cordoned off and unavailable all weekend without much of an explanation. The weather was hot and we had looked forward to using it in the afternoon. Also, as with our previous stay, we find the quality of the breakfast to be acceptable, but the service is very slow. Ig would be helpful if some items, like the packaged baked goods and small yogurts, could be put out in the dining room and available for folks to pick up on their own rather than needing to stand in line while people order pancakes, eggs, etc. that must be prepared and served individually.

This is not the Best Western you stayed at as a kid! From the appearance down to the bed, nothing was overlooked. Very well trained staff, sparkling pool and hot tub that was actually HOT and clean, it's the real deal. Next to a few great restaurants and easy access to the 101- this is our new go to when visiting AG- we can drive to the beach, these accommodations at Pismo would cost well over $500 a night

The room smelled fresh and clean. I love the balconies (even though we didn’t get one) and the property is really pretty cute

Smokers right outside the door of the building. And the room doors are extremely loud everytime they close and there was a lot of door closing during the night and in the morning. Also the AC in our room would only go on for a few minutes then go off again all night long. Not long enough to get the room cold but then first thing in the morning it started working normally. I’m pretty sure it was pre-set like that.

Clean. Nice exterior- interior. Great location. In walking distance to Misc stores-snacks, drinks, food etc Front parking lot and spacious rear parking lot on site. Walkways. Views.

I requested a receipt from Rosa she said couldn’t give me one because I booked thru third party- booking.com. I needed to contact them. I paid for room at time of booking & already cleared my bank account. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that would not give me a check out receipt. She was overly dramatic with her hands when she was talking. She seemed offended for me asking politely. The stay was great- and then the ck out not so much.
