When booking a motel you should already know what you're getting for what you pay, and this time we were positively surprised by this facility. Spacious room, huge bathroom, great amenities such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We didn't have time to check out the property's pool, though it looked pretty neat from the outside since it was just next to our window.

The only negative thing I can say about this motel is that the guy at the front desk was pretty dry during check-in. It was definitely late at night and we were all very tired, so this wasn't actually a big deal. Just noticed it.

The layout of the building , simple and easy to move large luggage to floor. The balcony for fresh air in morning or night. The cleanliness of the shower bathroom and room over all excellent. Easy to find eateries on E. Grand Ave and fuel stops close by . The gentleman at the front desk friendly experienced and speaks understandable English . Lovely place .

I didn’t like the noise from road workers early in am scrapping the paint off of the roads and tarring machines they used were noisy but it was a weekday and that wasn’t avoidable . Grateful for road workers .

I liked the bed and the bathroom was easy to get around. The shower looked new and updated. They had a large desk which I would like to use in the future if I go back.

There was a strong artificial soap smell when entering. I would have rather smelled bleach, then I would know the room was sanitized. I also smelled a mold from the pipes or water. Definitely in the sink water. I used my bottled water to wash my face and teeth in the bathroom sink. And the front desk called woke me up early to book my next night which was not correct.

I liked that it was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it was quiet.

I didn't like hiw the guide on the TV works. There isn't that much light in the room unless you open up the curtains. But most of all, I didn't like that housekeeping didn't show up at all. I let the staff know they could go in. When I spoke to housekeeping, they were behind cleaning up the check outs and never got to the people staying there still. So I had to ask for more toilet paper and I kept the same towels.

Oh my. Way better room than anticipated. Clean and fresh. Great bathroom & shower. Comes with gel, shampoo & conditioner. Loved the little patio, especially to hang out wet clothes from swimming. Loved the kurig type in room coffee maker and free coffee. room is spacious and up to date. Many outlets for charging devices. Nice mini fridge and freezer. Very spacious. And did I mention how clean the room was? Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Even with a few extra requests.

I wish there was some type of breakfast. But, hey, there is free coffee & cookies.

We enjoy how small the place is, very clean, quiet and very reasonable pricing. We also get phone calls to check in early if we need to. Close to the pier, shops and easy to find good places to eat. Always easy to get a room every time we have been here.

The mattress in the room had a large indentation on my husband side, which made sleeping very un comfortable.

Comfortable bed and chairs, good shower and linens, good location for us except for highway noise. But we came prepared with earplugs.

The first night there was a domestic quarrel next door but local police handled it and the offenders were removed from the premises.

It is a good hotel for a short stay. Driving to LA, it was an efficient stay for one night. Very close to the freeway (explaining the low rating for View), but noise from the freeway was not really audible. We liked the fridge wth freezer compartment, Nice coffee machine

It could be something to add a microwave to the room.

Aloha Inn is a nice place to stay. The room was clean and well equipped with desk and chair, fridge and microwave oven, lots of plugs for your electronics.. King bed was comfortable. Hardwood floor was clean. All in all, a very nice little hotel, only a few minutes drive from pismo beach.

The AC was sluggish during our stay, which was during the hot month of July. An overhead fan would have helped with air circulation.

it was very clean. The staff was friendly. The room was big and the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a pump in the shower. I had my own but I thought it was great.

I checked it late around 9pm and my room was on the back side of the property. I was by myself with my two daughters, our room was upstairs. I felt a little nervous because I had to park away from the room and carry our stuff to the room. We just walked quickly to get inside. The property looked safe but I am just a cautious mother around hotels.
