Place was clean and quiet alot of workers and people that stay/live there on the regular but all was very friendly and talked to a hand full due to being a non smoking you have to go out side and you tend to bump into other smokers all was friendly nice staff was amazing the manager even offered me a ride to the store cause I had been drinking a little bit and didn't have cash for vending and only had card lovely guy over all was very pleased rooms were a little bit cramped but I went with my mother in law wife and son so to be expected I guess but overall was great experience

Like I stated above rooms were a little bit cramped and tight but wasn't a serious issue other than that really don't have anything bad to say

Excellent check in experience, guest services were most accommodating.

The guest who stayed in the room two doors down with the barking dogs. Guest would leave their room to go out and the dogs would start barking. Not the dogs fault but the owners fault for not being considerate of others. I'm happy this hotel is pet friendly as I have a service animal which travels with me, she is well behaved and doesn't bark and annoy others.

Closely located to Highway. Staff were courteous and professional. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked items. We had a room with Full size bed/double bed and it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. I liked that the window opened which allowed fresh cool air into the room. Room was not very big but suitable for a quick overnight stay. We booked through a 3rd party and it was very affordable. I would stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom needs work on the tiles surrounding the shower. But the bathroom was clean. We could hear the people in the room next to us coughing. And they had the TV on the whole night.

Starting with checkin, the gentleman that checked me in and out was awesome. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was spotless. The king sized bed was absolutely comfortable and again clean and freshly made up. Breakfast was hot and kept well stocked.

The early morning staff (a woman) was not very friendly to my husband when he asked about breakfast times. I wish there would have been a bigger selection of fruit for breakfast, but I'm picky.

Breakfast was hot, well prepared, clean dining area and well stocked. The hospitality and professionalism of entire staff was superb. Room was immaculate. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. I will book in the future. Thank you for providing an excellent establishment.

I stayed in a decent room. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. I expected basic accommodations, food and service with no deficiencies. That was what I experienced. Overall, it was a bargain, and I would stay there again.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything met my expectations for a reasonably priced place to stay when I was travelling. Although the facility does have some age, it is appropriately maintained and provides very good service

Excellent customer service from the friendly staff. Beautiful room, clean and well furnished with plenty of drinks and washing supplies. Breakfast was nice with plenty available and good choices. It is close enough to the main road for convenience but not close enough to have disturbed my sleep. I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. Great value for money.

I needed a room last minute because I was so tired that I just couldn’t drive any longer. I used my Booking app to do just that. Going on the reviews of others I picked the Sleep Inn in Hickory, NC. It was clean and comfortable. The hot water works and had good pressure. I was on the first /bottom floor and it was quiet. The free breakfast was kept stocked. I f I’m in Hickory again and I need a room again I will pick this one.

The experience at sleep inn hotel was so great, the front desk receptionist guy was very kind, patient and helped me check in. The breakfast was very good, clean area. I slept very comfortable in my room and all around it was a great location to stay and the price was very affordable. I recommend this place.

Clean, people were friendly

The elevator seemed slow or something was wrong with the buttons and door. Had to push the button multiple times to select the elevator. The floor buttons seemed ok. The door opened and shut extremely slow. Almost like it was stuck.
