Sarah at the front desk is your best asset! She was friendly (greeting us every morning,) and efficient (quick check in).She also told us about a shop we were not familiar with, that was right in line with our interests!

Too bad maintence was not able to oil the screeching bath room door or get the door chain fixed during my 2 day stay.

Our son attends CSU and wrestles on the club team. This hotel is across the street from from the field house where they compete. Easy to walk. We’ve stayed here for football games and parents weekend as well. Staff is always VERY friendly and helpful. Place is clean. Breakfast is good for a hotel meal.

Prices have gone up. And during special CSU events, they double and triple which I don’t love.

Excellent location for exploring Ft Collins and the campus (my son may be attending as a freshman in the fall, and we needed to do a quick visit from out of state), nice staff, comfortable rooms

It’s a straightforward motel - can be a little noisy if people have their doors open, but it didn’t bother us especially

Basic but convenient location for business visits at CSU, Fort Collins. Front desk staff were nice, efficient and helpful.

Room cleaning timing has no pattern and can get missed. Prioritization of making checked-out rooms for next occupants. Seems due to limited staff.

Good location close to CSU and walkable to downtown including the farmers market.

Dated. Extra charge for parking. Street parking was plentiful (I stayed over the weekend during the summer)

Convenient location. Older property, so the rooms are a little small, but well kept and very clean.

Very quiet overnight, but traffic and train noise starts pretty early in the morning. To be expected in a busy downtown location.

I loved the staff! Nick was very good and very attentive. The front desk was as well 😁 I would go again.

Overall ot was a good stay... the exception was that the AC wasn't working in our room the first night and we had to a bit of switching but the staff was accommodating. The bathroom Lights were flickering pretty much every time we went in but not too bad.

Really enjoyed this property! Breakfast exceeded my expectations. We ate there every morning. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for local places to go! Facility was clean too!

We were visiting CSU and this hotel is literally across the street. The pool was convenient and the breakfast was nice.

The pictures look fantastic, but the look in person was just okay.

Sorry, we did not eat breakfast this time at the motel.

Our only complaint was the room heater unit fan was VERY loud. It was cold enough that we needed to run it most of the night, but made sleeping well a challenge.
