The location of this hotel was in close walking distance to the Bayside Market and the Miami Heat’s stadium. I stayed here prior to jumping on a cruise. The hotel organized a VIP van to transport a group of us the the ship for less than 10USD pp. This was really helpful and a stress free way to arrive at port.

The hotel put a hold on my credit card at 200USD per night for my stay which was the equivalence of $1250 AUD. It’s been 4 weeks and the hold has not been lifted. This put a big dent in my holiday cash.

We got the 2 bedroom. The beds, sheets, and pillows were comfortable. I liked that there were tvs in each bedroom. I loved the big balcony and the beautiful views of the bay and city. I wish there was a table and chairs on the balcony. The kitchen was great. It had all the utensils and pots we needed. Washer and dryer was very useful. I also loved that it is dog friendly. Nice staff, especially Manuel or Manny the valet guy. The pool and hot tub was nice. I liked gym with weight and cardio machines. The location was great too.

The couch in our room had a big stain on it and was very dusty. I don't like that they hold $200 a day (for me it was $1000 because we stayed 5 nights) for damages. The enforced valet parking for $55 a day. Plus, the amenity daily fee of $58. It got very pricey.

-top location -the hotel is beautiful / all facilities are amazing, the free towels to use in the gym, electrolyte water station, the fitness classes. -the rooms are great, super clean, full of light and tastefully designed.

-The deposit of 200$ per night is outrageous, especially because it isn’t specified when you book. - We didn’t get any refill when they did the housekeeping in the room, no coffee no detergent for the laundry etc. We had to request them and it took them forever and multiple calls/requests to bring it to the room. - Some simple condiments like salt pepper and maybe some olive oil would have been nice to have in the room also, instead of 30 packaged sweeteners. - add one frying pan to the room items, there are only two pots.

The location and views were amazing. The amenities were exceptional.

The front desk employees were not very friendly. They treated customers like they were beneath them and not worthy of their time.

Continental breakfast only but just fine. Exceptional rooms and the view is fantastic from all sides. Bayside market and boat and bus tours just across the street. If you want the beach they have a shuttle to a South Beach hotel that is part of their service. Stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Good location, Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Especially Jasmine. Thanks a lot to her. Good swimingpool. Good view from the balcony. The best GYM i ever saw at the hotel. Just waw! I put 11 from 10. Spacious, well equiped, all new equipment, cleaned. Who like to go gym while staying in hotel. It will be definetly the best choice.

Very bad room service. I stayed one week they came to clean only one time. If you ask something to bring things such as bathrobe, slipes, q-tips. They wont bring it. Four times i asked something they brought only one time. My message to the management please pay attention for this issue.

The hotel was really nice overall. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rooms are lovely. Heated pool was great. We were going on a cruise, so the location is excellent.

The room wasn't very clean. The floors were so bad that our feet were black 5 mins after arriving. We stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning service the whole time were there. not what you'd expect from a place of this standard. The fridge didn't work so we couldn't put food or drinks in it. The price for drinks and food was just ridiculous. We would like to give it another chance and stay again, but the prices they charge are crazy.

We had an amazing stay at the Elser Hotel! First of all let me mention how warm and pleasant our welcome was which we received firstly from Manuel Gonzalez who helped us with our Baggage and then at the reception from Jennifer!:) Jennifer helped us to find the great room for our family and throughout our stay she asked us if we are satisfied and made sure we are 100 % comfortable!:D Let me mention my thoughts about the room. The rooms were spacious and clean and perfect for our family we had a 3 Bedroom(also with 3 bathrooms 😱😂) apartment the rooms were modern- luxurious designed and also with a kitchen and all we needed for the kids. The view was amazing we had a sea and city view the full Miami experience! The pool and gym area was great too and one of the best I have been too in all of my Miami stays especially the staff was very attentive and friendly! The Beach was around 15 minutes away with Uber and the Elser Hotel offers access to a beach club in south beach which was very much appreciated by us!:D All in all this was my best Miami stay if you’re looking for a large apartment or a smaller one the Elser has it all😂💪 and I will definitely come back! Solid 10 /10!🙌

It's like an air BNB with an apartment all for yourself but with hotel features. The location is central and convenient with great views. The gym was a state of the art for a hotel. All equipments are tecknogym branded. The inroom coffee is 👌🏽

Unlucky me, I got a room with most of the items were broken. The door locks had to be replaced as it didn't lock the door, the luggage stand was broken and the fridge had no water connection which they had to fix but flooded my room momentarily due to some leak. Though all was fixed on the first day but that needed me to be there in the room for security and lost a day with these rants. And got charged the entire day room rate for a late check out. Ideally I should be compensated for wasting a day.
