The location of this hotel was in close walking distance to the Bayside Market and the Miami Heat’s stadium. I stayed here prior to jumping on a cruise. The hotel organized a VIP van to transport a group of us the the ship for less than 10USD pp. This was really helpful and a stress free way to arrive at port.

The hotel put a hold on my credit card at 200USD per night for my stay which was the equivalence of $1250 AUD. It’s been 4 weeks and the hold has not been lifted. This put a big dent in my holiday cash.

We got the 2 bedroom. The beds, sheets, and pillows were comfortable. I liked that there were tvs in each bedroom. I loved the big balcony and the beautiful views of the bay and city. I wish there was a table and chairs on the balcony. The kitchen was great. It had all the utensils and pots we needed. Washer and dryer was very useful. I also loved that it is dog friendly. Nice staff, especially Manuel or Manny the valet guy. The pool and hot tub was nice. I liked gym with weight and cardio machines. The location was great too.

The couch in our room had a big stain on it and was very dusty. I don't like that they hold $200 a day (for me it was $1000 because we stayed 5 nights) for damages. The enforced valet parking for $55 a day. Plus, the amenity daily fee of $58. It got very pricey.

-top location -the hotel is beautiful / all facilities are amazing, the free towels to use in the gym, electrolyte water station, the fitness classes. -the rooms are great, super clean, full of light and tastefully designed.

-The deposit of 200$ per night is outrageous, especially because it isn’t specified when you book. - We didn’t get any refill when they did the housekeeping in the room, no coffee no detergent for the laundry etc. We had to request them and it took them forever and multiple calls/requests to bring it to the room. - Some simple condiments like salt pepper and maybe some olive oil would have been nice to have in the room also, instead of 30 packaged sweeteners. - add one frying pan to the room items, there are only two pots.

The location and views were amazing. The amenities were exceptional.

The front desk employees were not very friendly. They treated customers like they were beneath them and not worthy of their time.

Continental breakfast only but just fine. Exceptional rooms and the view is fantastic from all sides. Bayside market and boat and bus tours just across the street. If you want the beach they have a shuttle to a South Beach hotel that is part of their service. Stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Good location, Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Especially Jasmine. Thanks a lot to her. Good swimingpool. Good view from the balcony. The best GYM i ever saw at the hotel. Just waw! I put 11 from 10. Spacious, well equiped, all new equipment, cleaned. Who like to go gym while staying in hotel. It will be definetly the best choice.

Very bad room service. I stayed one week they came to clean only one time. If you ask something to bring things such as bathrobe, slipes, q-tips. They wont bring it. Four times i asked something they brought only one time. My message to the management please pay attention for this issue.

The hotel was really nice overall. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rooms are lovely. Heated pool was great. We were going on a cruise, so the location is excellent.

The room wasn't very clean. The floors were so bad that our feet were black 5 mins after arriving. We stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning service the whole time were there. not what you'd expect from a place of this standard. The fridge didn't work so we couldn't put food or drinks in it. The price for drinks and food was just ridiculous. We would like to give it another chance and stay again, but the prices they charge are crazy.

The facilities were really high quality. The rooms nice and large (we stayed in a suite) with self service amenities. The coffee was great (for the US lol ) The staff were awesome, especially the staff by the pool (Jeannie) and those at the bar. I loved that we could use the pool while waiting for check in. The lift is very modern with a secure system. Also I liked that we could order room service online. The hotel location was also perfect. We could walk pe Uber to a lot of fun stuff. The meals were yummy in generous portions and the cocktails were nice too.

There are 8 lifts and yet sometimes had to wait for ages for the lift. Also there were limited meal options for room service( but the hotel is located near lots of eateries). Also the deposit amount ($200 per day) is quite high, plus this information wasn’t in the policy on booking.com.

Nice location to the port of Miami. Walking distance to food and shops. Pool area and work out area were nice.

The stocked area of the fridge and stuff. Never sure how accurate it is and then getting a bill for something you never had. You are relying on accuracy and trust.
