I stay regularly in this hotel and it’s familiar and suits menperfectly

Buffet breakfast could be improved m Cold plates lead to cold food on cold days Scrambled eggs should be rotated more often and more soft and richer Sausages are a disaster and turkey bacon was again hard to keep warm Local sourced sausage etc would be better as looks like emphasis is on food costs and not quality Local bakery as well would uplift the dining experiences could be added to the price easily.People in your demographic would welcome Quality over Price I enjoyed evening dinner every night but could see we here la few dishes will less spices etc would balance it to suit more Americans who like their food unfusssd Omelette are excellent

Clean, spacious room, nice facilities, fast elevator (it didn’t move fast, but it arrived quickly 😁)

The bathroom vanity was awkwardly low, the faucet handle was super stiff and hard to turn and there was no drain stopper in the sink.

the breakfast buffet was awesome ; the beds were very comfortable ; the lobby is nice ; the pool is beautiful

Unlucky, feel bad for hotel, likely some awful guests abused the room before we got in. My room had damage: the window had a big crack in it, the bathtub's soap dish was coming off the tiles (like halfway pulled off-damaged),. Design: the room is fine but the bathroom needs a redo, the bathtub is old, like 30 years ago, by now hotels have nice walk in tiled showers and more modern designs. For a Hilton, I expected more. Maybe renovating the room we had would be best. Likely other rooms are super, we have stayed here before, it was just bad luck.

Great place! Great staff! We had an issue with our A/C (room not cooling down) I called downstairs and they had us switching rooms within 30 minutes. He even checked our new room to make sure the A/C was working and cool before moving us. Super fast resolution and great attention to our concern

A/C not working to properly cool the room. When we got there the room was at 72, we do run very hot. So we put the A/C down as low as it could go, but by 11:30pm the room was just at 71. Not a great cooling system in the room we were originally in. The 2nd room did not go lower than 68 but was much more tolerable

It was gorgeous. Very trendy. Loved the on site restaurant & bar. The pool looked nice (but I didn’t use it). I loved that they had a noise machine on the wall in my room. It was a nice touch! Very comfy bed & pillows. Clean room. They had a snack/food shop that had sandwiches and salads to go.

It can get a little loud with the restaurant downstairs if you have a balcony that overlooks it.

The breakfast buffet was great. Our service at dinner was not. It seemed like our waitress was always absent when we needed her. We got our good before our drink order. We’re going to order dessert but couldn’t find our waitress and had to ask the hostess to find her for our check. They did comp us the drink. Luckily the breakfast staff was fantastic and made up for our long tired night.

Clean and modern

I was walking into the bar area with family just to check things out and had a glass of water with me. Immediately the Bartend yelled out to us that we can’t enter the bar with our own drinks. People that were there turned and looked at us like we were doing something wrong. Needless to say we all just went to our rooms and didn’t end up staying down there. We thought the way she spoke out to us was rude and could have been handled in a much more courteous way

The property was clean. The staff was nice.

I like the fact they had a heated indoor pool. However, the pool area was very cold and drafty, but I don’t know. It would have been nice if they had complementary breakfast but I guess that’s where the parking comes in. Some of the stuff in my room didn’t work like the lights above both beds. But it was OK. Nothing to complain about.

All Amenities, very clean.

Getting tapped on the shoulder by one of your employees at the bar. Telling my husband & I to leave the bar. He was extremely rude!! He said we had six minutes!!! Never in all the years of going to the Hilton Hotels being Gold members, were we ever treating like that! My husband just had a surprise 70th birthday party. We were just having a night capper & going to leave. This guy had an accent! Annie was our Bartender, she is a sweetheart! She would know who the rude guy was!! We wish we had reported it to upper management!!

Quiet, ,clean, friendly staff, easy access from major highways for commuting for work travel, love the bedding Hilton Hotels have, amazing shower and closet space. Lots of desk top counter top space to work with. USB outlets. Easy to check in and out. Parking lot easy access.

Cleaning service wasn't daily unless you asked for linens, towels, etc to be brought to your room. For the price and traveling for work, would like to come back after 13 hr day and have my bed freshly made and a clean room that I didn't have to do myself.
