Rooms were clean, and 8oz Burger Restaurant was very delicious . Casino is very clean , and I enjoyed the staff and machines hitting . Check into the hotel and checking out was very easy and friendly staff . Loved Our Spa Day. Staff at the Spa was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure your day was relaxing.

Rooms need to be updated. There were cracks in the ceiling and wallpaper coming loose from the top of the walls. Need given extra towels and extra trashbags. Very large pot holes in parking lot area and needs to be repaved whole parking lot.

The casino area is very well ventilated especially considering they allow smoking inside the casino. The room facilities were wonderful, we even had a TV in our bathroom in our suite. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We absolutely will be back.

Prices of food were a lil high and the girl at check in could have been friendly. She barely spoke and we'd never been here before and kinda acted like it was an inconvenience to check us in and when I asked her where the elevator bank was to get to our rooms. But people have bad days so we brushed it off. All in all, it was a great stay.

ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS & THE KING BED COMFORTABLE. THE BATH WAS FINE WITH AMPLE PERSONAL AMENITIES & FLUFFY TOWELS.. ROOM WAS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR & IT WAS VERY QUIET, GIVING US A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant & efficient making check-in easy & fast.

Enjoying a cup of coffee at the start of my day is important. There needs to be a coffee maker in the room.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the Asian restaurant and the Starbucks!

We wished the buffet was open and that the lighting in the room was a little brighter which were only minor inconveniences!

I loved everything about the stay except losing $2600, i come once a year and never have any luck the machines aren’t on BUT it’s still a comfy place to stay, our king suite was wonderful and big.

the casino floor needs better ventilation, they allow smoking which isn’t a complaint on my part but me breathing in all that heavy thick smoke has caused my lungs to complain because now I’m battling bronchitis 😆 oh and the Buffett I miss it!!!!

room could be cleaner the lamp by the bed had dust standing off of it and the cabinet were the fridge is at was filthy on the sides needs to be swept out it was filthy. they need to actually move fridge from side to side and sweep out it was gross. I am aware the hotel is old but it doesn’t have to smell old kind of smell like mildew.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, casino was laid out nicely with plenty of gaming options.

Maybe just better signage for the hotel entrance, we ended up having to walk through the casino to get to the hotel reception desk.

No breakfast. Didn’t like that when I walked out of my room your hit in the face with the smell of marijunia. I think there needs to be a smoking area and a non smoking area. But all in all we had a wonderful time
