Staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating when issues came up. The hot tub and pool were awesome and really peaceful. Very clean and HOT which I truly appreciated. Bed was super comfortable.

Breakfast was not good honestly. Only a waffle and yogurt was edible unfortunately. My husband is Pescatarian and nothing of substance for him even the eggs, which were like rubber patties.

Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The location was wonderful. The hot tea station was a great addition. The pool was also great.

The bathroom was very close to the sleeping area with no buffer. The $250 incidental seemed a little steep.

Convenient location just off Route 60. Good dining choices a short walk across the parking lot. Room was clean and very comfortable. Luggage carts available, good TV & WIFI. Super breakfast with hot choices as well as cereals, pastries, & fruit. Friendly front desk staff.

No microwave, and very small (think: cruise ship) bathroom. Since we booked through Booking.com, our credit card was hit with an additional $150 charge to cover potential damage which we might inflict. Note - we're 70+ years old and have never damaged a hotel room. And neither of us resembles Joe Walsh. We were told the charge should be reversed in about 2 weeks. The photos attached are all of previous damage in our room. I wouldn't make a big deal out this if they didn't.

Great location. Within minutes from several area attractions, including Bass Pro Shops World of wonders. Texas Roadhouse right next door, can easily walk over for dinner. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub

Room was great , beds were very comfortable, pillows were comfy, room very clean.

Bathroom a little small but the thing I did not like the most was the breakfast, I've had much better at other hotel chains and locally owned ones as well.

Good grassy area for dog. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Next to an excellent restaurant! Receptionist helpful.

TV didn’t work- someone had undone a cable. Card key didn’t work at closest exit.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good and the swimming pool was fun. 

To get to our room was a little weird we were on the third floor and we had to walk down several several several hallways to get to our room you would think it was a huge square but it wasn’t it was kinda like a maze.

I liked how everyone was friendly and evening the afternoon/evening front desk said goodnight after we left the pool!

The shower football capsule I was looking forward to soaking in a tub while the children went out for dinner. So I just went to FD’s next door and had a couple of drinks to subdue me.

Great location off the highway and surrounded by great restaurant options. Friendly, helpful staff and cleanliness throughout the entire facility.

Convenient location.

The breakfast gravy was too thick and sticky. Would have preferred scrambled eggs. The on-ramp by the hotel was very noisy.
