The staff was incredibly friendly any time i went to the front desk or whenever i had a dumb question. The pool and hot tub was great to relax in after a long day and the rooms were really nice, especially with the mini fridge, microwave and adjustable thermostat. The included breakfast was also good, although a few more tables and chairs wouldn't be a bad idea.

The bathroom was a little cozy for my liking but it had everything you could need, just a little closer than you would expect. I will say i was impressed that i was able to fully stand up in the shower as i am quite tall. The faucet controls for the shower were also easy to use and i liked them very much. The price was more than i was hoping but it was a weekend so i'm sure that didn't help.

We chose this hotel because of the pool. And we were very pleased. The children spent all their free time there. Very good breakfast. The connecting door in some rooms is very convenient for larger groups. The location is convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. The staff was helpful, they provided rooms nearby, gave us toothbrushes, toothpastes, and razors.

The audibility of what is happening in the hallway is too good. Especially if you live near the elevator and, accordingly, near the machine that produces ice with a roar. It would be better to place the ice machine in a different location or turn it off at night. In some rooms the toilet door is sliding, and you can break long nails on its handle. Sometimes there are not enough seats at breakfast and you have to wait. The temperature in the room is fixed.

Rooms were updated compared to other Sleep Inns we have stayed in. Just off the interstate. There is a mall just across the interstate with lots of food and shopping. About 20 minutes from Niagara Falls and about 20 minutes from Buffalo Bisons stadium. Staff was very friendly.

Room was small. Breakfast was fairly typical hotel breakfast. Nothing extraordinary. I didn’t like that the sink was open to the bedroom. I end up waking the kids when I turn on the light to get dressed when I’d rather they get a little more sleep.

Small but comfortable room, had just about everything I needed for a quick weekend stay. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel wasn’t busy when I stayed so it made for a relatively quiet weekend. The hotel offered breakfast for a good amount of time, and 24/7 hot water, coffee and hot cocoa was great.

The rooms are small- for a solo traveler it’s no problem, but could easily get cramped if you have multiple people staying in the room. My room didn’t have a microwave, so I had to use the communal one in the breakfast area. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof, so you can hear just about everything happening outside your door but luckily I stayed in the off season where it was very quiet.

Everything! We stay at this location whenever we are going to Bills games or Niagara Falls...and let me just say...we deal with Lorne EVERYTIME we are there and he is amazing! He handles people checking in while phones are ringing and can multi task very well. I told him we see him so much I should get frequent sleeping miles lol...he has a great personality and knows me pretty much by name when I walk in. I don't think he gets the recognition he deserves...he works hard and it shows! See you in November Lorne!

Parking was ample. The lobby was decorated for Halloween and welcoming. We didn't eat much but the breakfast looked good. Bed was comfy. I asked to have no smelly sprays and lots of pillows for a medical condition. The smell level was fine, we didn't get the extra pillows.

I reserved a disability access room due to a medical condition. The pics showed a flat shower. In our room there was a tub. There were lots of grab bars and a built in seat, but they were almost detrimental because they took up a lot of space and made the shower uncomfortable. Be aware and ask questions if you truly need the disability access. Again,didn't get the extra pillows.

The pool. If you are one of those people who have to inch into a cold pool, this is the hotel for you. The pool room is warm, you can waltz right into the pool and dare I say it, the hot tub is *almost* too hot. Plus the beds are more comfy than most hotels I’ve stayed in. The inclusive breakfast is delicious and the lady who works in that area was super nice. All the staff were pleasant.

The tile in the pool was a bit dirty/discoloured. The shower doors are brass (showing their age).

Value for money. All amenities were included.

There was some mismatch in the description of the room that I booked. My specific preference was Microwave, hence I checked that in the room amenities on booking.com and then booked. However the actual room that was given to me did not have a microwave. When I told the same to the manager, he first said that this is the room that was booked and this doesn’t have a microwave. However later he did bring a microwave in my room. Seemed like the inventory amenities published on booking.com was not correct.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The bed was very clean, I had no issues or concerns with the linens throughout the room, it was also very comfortable and I had no issues with sleeping at night. The bathroom was really small, but worked for my needs as a solo traveler. Also, the shower head wasn't the best, but also did the job and was suffice enough. The layout of the bathroom was a little odd, with the shower and toilet being in a small room and the sink being in the room itself, but again, I was alone and this didn't bother me in the slightest. Maybe if I was traveling with someone else I would be more concerned. The amenities were perfectly fine, no issues with the TV, microwave or fridge. They offered breakfast in the morning but I did not have it while I stayed there.

I didn't like the physical location of my room. I was positioned directly across the hall from the elevator, and it definitely wasn't the best choice. I didn't seem to have wall neighbors, which was nice, but every person entering or leaving the elevator I could hear. Children were playing hide and seek in the alcove of my door most nights, and one night in particular people were having an arguement outside my door at 3:30 in the morning, waking me up. I had to call the front desk to complain and I don't think anyone actually came upstairs to help diffuse the situation. Other than that, it was usually relatively quiet at night once most people went to bed.

The hotel is generally good, clean. The breakfast is very good. The room is small, but it is suitable for an overnight stay. There is generally everything you need in the room (microwave, refrigerator, toiletries.) The hotel has a small pool and jacuzzi, there is a gym (2 treadmills, elliptical and bicycle). The hotel is located near the shopping area (many different shops and cafes)
