Quiet, clean, well maintained. Staff at front counter (Rita and Ciara) were pleasant and accommodating.

One staff member yelling and demanding that I had to see her before I go to the villa. Very unprofessional and major turn off.

The size of the unit and amenities within it were great. Spacious, generally clean, ample linens, nice jacuzzi tub. The location on the grounds was peaceful and easy to find. Lots to do nearby,

Only one main indoor pool and hot tub for the whole (sprawling) complex. There are two outdoor pools as well but also Lots of kids... Running, diving, in the hot tub. Supervision was low. An adult only area would be a useful addition. Less than half of the hot tub jets were working. Sauna was a nice surprise. Could use one at the outdoor pools.

I love coming here I've been coming for 3 years now and we love it.

What I didn't like about it this time was there was a discrepancy in the booking app and the app said we were supposed to be checking out at 12:00 pm and the staff said no we were supposed to leave at 10:00am. Which we weren't ready at all with having young children. They only budged for a half an hour so we had to leave at 10: 30am instead of 12: 00pm . For the future whether it was a mess up or a glitch in the app or what not. Show the courtesy and allow people to staying until 12:00 like it was paid for at least by my eyes other than that the place was great.

My and myself didn't participate in breakfast, my kids have a gluten and wheat allergy.

Everything was perfect

I loved everything. The entire experience at Shawnee exceeded expectations. Everyone was friendly including other families who was on vacation and you didn’t know. The activities was a bonus for the children. Von at check in was amazing. We had 4 rooms, we requested to be by one another and he made sure that happened. He was very patient, and smiled the entire time. We would surely be bac.

They convinced my wife to do a 90 minute seminar, but what they didn’t tell her was she needed a credit card and I had to be there with her for the 90 minutes. I was at Walmart shopping for the family, so she stayed there for 2 hours plus while I was shopping and after I showed my face they told me I had to stay. Unfortunately they gave us false information. And all the promises about the 8 day trip the 100 gift card etc, went down the drain. She wasted 2.5 hours of her time there and got nothing!

Excellent value for Money. We had two bed Villa for four adults and one kid. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. We so loved it there that we went back on next weekend again and requested for same villa.

The Villa itself was fantastic. Plenty of space. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable. It was absolutely great and perfect for our needs. The restaurants were fantastic. The rec center was a great place to spend some time just hanging out. The location was perfect with so much to do. The staff were amazing, helpful, and polite. All in all it was an amazing value at this price point.

My only major complaint is everything seemed to feel like a work in progress. You get a vibe that everything is being updated and it's just not quite finished. It's not a huge negative at all and I can't wait to see what it becomes. Will definitely be returning soon.

The two bedroom villa was the perfect size for a mom/daughter getaway. The kitchen was well appointed, allowing us to enjoy home cooked meals. We enjoyed spending the spring evenings on the screened porch.Thank you for the perfect setting for making memories.

We arrived right at 4:00 to check in but the room was not ready until nearly 5:00. We had neighbors who played very loud music until about 2:30 am. I was surprised there were not quiet hours posted.

We loved all of the amenities. Your staff at the front specifically Von was the best. We had a couple small issues while checking in and getting locked out of our room later on and Von was there to quickly help with everything. Great worker you have! This gentleman helped us with multiple times and didn't outstanding job coming our nerves and getting the problem fixed quickly.

Checking in was dicey. After traveling almost 3 hours to get there I was flooded with anxiety thinking that we couldn't get our reservation we made on booking.com and paid for half of. We were locked out of our room at one point also. These were the only small inconveniences we had. Von at the front counter was the man an awesome worker. He made it his mission to help us and did it so quickly and kindly. We appreciate him on this trip.

Nice Villa. We did not have time to use the pool but next time.

We felt forced to participate in the timeshare demo. We were fold that we must give a Credit Card to authorize and accept an appointment for the timeshare demo. We asked if it was a requirement to stay and were told, "yes". We canceled the appointment and I am will be checking the Credit Card statement to make sure the funds were returned. There is a zero percent chance of us buying a timeshare or membership. Other than that, it is very nice.
