The thing I liked most about the hotel was the front desk staff, Ryan and Marcia. They were very helpful and friendly. The second thing I liked was the location. The hotel was located in an area that had restaurants and shops nearby and it was close to where my family lived. Also, I felt very safe at the hotel. Also, the housekeeping personnel were awesome.

What I didn't like was that I was penalized for checking out a day early, early departure surcharge. I understand the reason for this surcharge, but in my case I was going to drive home and the route I was going to take had a snow storm warning and I decided to return home a day early to avoid the snow storm. My circumstance of checking out a day early was necessary and the hotel management would have taken this into consideration and waived the surcharge. Also, they could improve the breakfast menu. For example, have hot oatmeal, more fruits, etc.

Decor was very modern and nice, comfortable seating in the lobby

Only 1 elevator working, breakfast selection wasn't the best for the price we paid per night. My daughter left her jacket in the room, I called the next day over 24 hours later and was told the room wasn't cleaned yet but they would go look. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes before I just hung up with still no response to her jacket.

Summer and Mrs. Buck made our stay absolutely wonderful. We needed a room for a bridal suite to get ready for an outdoor wedding. It was perfect: great lighting in the bathroom, plenty of space in the king suite, and breakfast was amazing the next day. Would absolutely recommend staying here again!

The shower floor needed a scrubbing, but everything else was very clean and fresh and the whole room smelled great.

Ms. Bert is amazing and fun! She puts her heart into her work. She provides well rounded delicious breakfasts and cares about the breakfast area's cleanliness and customer satisfaction. We loved her! Your Pittsburgh friends 😊 The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed and pillows.

There was an odor on the 4th floor, hallway that smelled like marijuana.

I liked the location, close by work site. The bed was very comfortable, and the layout was nice.

I didn't like the fact that the room was filled with dust. It was newly renovated, yet no one cleaned up construction debris. Foot prints, dirty hand prints, and dust. House keeping.. I thought the desk personnel would have been more friendly 😕 considering you are under construction; very dry and stand-offish.

I had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites! I'd especially like to thank Maurice, the concierge who works the front desk! He was extremely helpful and very kind and accommodating for my stay. I have family in the area, and I am looking forward to coming back for my visits and staying at this Comfort Inn again. So thank you very much for a comfortable stay in your hotel.. 😊

I wish they had a pool... although for a few more $ they do have jacuzzi rooms.

Nicely renovated about a year ago. Very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

There didn’t seem to be any green outdoor space to sit. However, it’s winter and I didn’t venture outside much.

My reservation was a nitemare! Someone canceled one of the reservations and it took a week of phone calls and emails to get it straight. The property blamed Booking and Booking blamed them. All at the last minute adding to the stress of traveling

I liked the breakfast, but did not like the female staff member that would hover over you and her attitude. Elderly lady, not very friendly like the rest of the staff.

Not much hot water in the shower.

The suite was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The price was good, and the bagged breakfast (which was probably for safety considerations due to Covid) held both sweet items and my favorite, a savory egg sandwich which could be heated in the suite's microwave.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and both times our room/suite was on the highway side-very loud. The other thing that disrupted my sleep was the fact that despite turning off the heat, and even trying to use the a/c in winter, the room temp only dropped to about 67 at night and it felt very stuffy. It wouldn't be an issue if the window could be opened. But even if it could be opened the noise would be problematic. Perhaps room fans could be available?
