We stayed at the Best Western Plus Energy Corridor and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to assist. Parking was plentiful and convenient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious — nothing luxurious, but perfectly good value for the reasonable price. Overall, a solid and affordable choice if you want friendly service, good parking, and a comfortable base in the Energy Corridor area.

The only downsides were that breakfast was fairly average — enough to get you started, but nothing special — and that a nearby bar has loud karaoke on Saturday nights until around 2 AM, which can be a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper. Still, it was manageable and didn’t ruin our stay.

The room was clean and the mattress was excellent.

The bathroom and shower were tiny.

The hotel is a fair price. You can tell it's an old hotel that was remodeled, but it's still cozy. One thing we enjoyed the most was the location. There was a lot to do about 20 minutes or less away. There is a lot of stuff to do nearby. It was also very clean. They have some type of towel limit for makeup tools. After 4 unwashable towels, there's a $20 charge. I still don't fully understand the policy. The worst thing about the hotel is the breakfast. It wasn't pleasing. There was very little food available, and it just wasn't satisfying. My husband absolutely loves hotel breakfast. He looks forward to it. However, on Sunday, he chose to sleep in. We ate after checkout

When it comes to paying for a room, y'all need to be sure that your billing department doesn't put your total by mistake 4 to 5 times "pending" on your bank account or credit card account. We loved our stay but had to wait for 8 days before unnecessary charges were dropped off on our credit card.

Location, indoor pool, breakfast is ok. They have a free EV charging cable which is a plus, however there isn’t a dedicated EV parking spot marked near the charger, which is weird.

Beds are terrible. Creaking boxes of spring that had me and my wife tossing and turning the entire night. They need to replace/upgrade! Please add better quality food for breakfast. Keep stevia or Splenda as an option for coffee sweeteners. Get rid of the pink sweeteners!!

Western hotels. We Had an Amazing time there. The hotel was equipped with ice and vending machines. The pool was big and super clean. The location was also very nice as it was close to many attractions. Our room was super clean equipped with comfy beds and modern furniture. Breakfast was Scrumptious, with many different options for all different pallets.

Only concern was that one of the elevators had a misfunction causing overcrowding

The location was convenient for where we had to go, and there was lots of on-site free parking. The room was clean and new toiletries were provided each day.

They did not restock certain food items. On the first of the four days we ate breakfast, there was a tray full of yogurt. Each morning there were fewer yogurts available. On the day we left, there was only two yogurts available. The sausage and eggs were almost cold, and we came to breakfast early.

The hotel made a very good impression. The room was very clean, there were clean towels, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a TV. Personal hygiene products and napkins. The room itself is cozy: clean bed linen, air conditioning, comfortable bed. I expected to see less, but I got more. Breakfast was waiting for us in the morning. And as a leisure time, we swam in the pool. By the way, it was also clean and there were towels. In general, I sincerely recommend the hotel: for its price, it is an ideal option.

Washing clothes is a bit difficult, because even when you deposit cash of about $100 or more, you're not allowed to use the machine without paying cash of about $6 for token because card is not also accepted to pay for washing.😮‍💨😪 all clothes worn for a week were taken back dirty.
