Property was clean and well kept. Peaceful and welcoming environment. The pool water was not clear so we didn’t use it and the hotel had something going on with the water for a little while and we had to run water in our room to flush out debris and sediment. Staff was good. Housekeeping great. Breakfast great and well balanced. The rooms are great

Pool, dirty room water for a bit but got better. The location is close to airport but it’s not a very good looking area as far as the stores and roads

I stayed here before flying out for a week. The room was spacious and clean and the desk staff was kind and courteous. I was able to leave my car parked at the hotel for a fee (also felt safe leaving it there because they have a security guard there). Upon returning, I found out the shuttle was just in a wreck and had to be towed so I had to use an Uber to get back to the hotel to retrieve my car but the manager didn't charge me the parking fee to compensate for my trouble. I would stay here again.

My room didn't have a hair dryer.

The Front Desk Associate Ana is professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and provided an exceptional experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, and comfort of the room I stayed in. I was also happy with the full hot and cold breakfast selection provided!

If the lounge area were updated with better furniture, not broken or worn, it would make the overall esthetic much nicer

Staff give different information nobody ever tells you the same thing Anthony is rude and needs to be trained properly on dealing with the public He also allowed a guest to curse me and did nothing but stand at the front desk

Free breakfast Just need to keep it clean at all times not just when you’re finished eating

It was really nice having a little kitchen, and having a bedroom separate from the rest of the room. The included breakfast was good.

The elevator broke down our last night, and we were on the 4th floor. Had to carry all our luggage down the 4 flights of stairs.

I didn't like the choices that the hotel had for breakfast and I didn't like didn't have a lot of utensils to use in the room and also extra face towels they didn't put enough in the room and I asked me for towels they didn't have any face towels she bought me hand towels back but other than that everything was good

Very comfortable beds and well maintained, good choice of breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The air went out downstairs so the lobby and elevator was hot for those brief moments

The staff, especially Mr Anthony, were all amazing and kind. Anything we needed as far as accommodations were provided.

The kitchen sink and dishwasher would clog often. The lobby area did not have ac.

I enjoyed the breakfast. When housekeeping was available, they did a good job making sure the room was clean. The staff was friendly, especially the late evening check in staff.

I didn't like there was no staff on weekends to clean your room. I saw a Roach crawling on the nightstand. This should warrant the facility to have a weekend clean-up staff.
