Its New Owners and New management, Awesome Customer Service!! Love the staff and manager who went above and beyond to help me out. I am not an easy guest to deal with :). Rooms are super big , my kids had enough space to run around. Very comfortable with family. CLEAN! Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was optimal. overall Perfect stay!!

seems like they had some disgruntled guests in the past, after my conversation with the managers seems like they are turning this place around.

The room was very clean and spacious, mini fridge worked very well. And what I liked most of all was the breakfast! The scrambled eggs and sausage were delicious. The hotel had very good options for breakfast!

I didn't like that within the 1st 15 minutes of me checking in, was that the manager Kassim (probably butchering his name) went off on me. So the nice front desk lady had encountered a mean customer, and I asked if she was ok and to check up on her. Then the manager Kassim, went off on me *paraphrasing* "you need to mjnd your own business since you are a customer and what are you going to do about it? Are you the freaking police or something?" The pool and jacuzzi were closed but I feel like booking.com should've had that listed somewhere. And I don't feel like that's really customer responsibility.

Excellent customer service! Recently there was a reservation/ account issue and the gentleman resolved it with booking.com and was extremely professional and polite. We always book our business trips (multiple rooms) with them and can't say enough except thank you! Highly recommend

Nothing negative to say

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were very good. Specifically wanted to give Emily behind the front desk Friday evening a shout out! for helping us print out a eulogy. It was imperative that we get this done, and the printer/computer in the business center was pretty broken. She was very busy and stayed cordial and helpful throughout. Breakfast was above average for your typical hotel breakfast.

Building could use some updating inside, it's obvious it hasn't been done in a while. Business Center printer was broken and inoperable.

The staff worked very hard to be of assistance all throughout the night!!

The breakfast staff was great toward guests on weekends (especially when kids and elders were present), but during weekdays staff for breakfast barely kept food available. They stopped making fresh food 30 minutes before breakfast was over.

Location was ok. The staff were nice.

The breakfast was ok ,could be better. Not a lot of options. They only had apple juice one day , and orange juice on the other . They only had white bread ,no wheat bread or other options . They had a lot of natts alot of flying bugs inside their dinning area. They no longer have snacks to buy.

Very spacious welcoming and responsive to the customers needs and concerns.

Clogged bathroom tube with hair which was removed and a off bitter smell coming from the air conditioner and hallway.

The lobby was my fav but the rooms were nice and cleaned! And it was super big and spacious

It was a great stay and room size. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prize was at a good value. Best pillows ever! Comfy clean beds! Really enjoyed the room size for my big family.

The living room area / where the pullout couch was at didn’t get enough air so it was pretty hot. I didn’t like the toiletries available. Shampoo was rough and body soap as well…

I loved everything. This hotel made us feel at home.

The bathroom light flickered when you turned it on but then would stop.
