There’s a calm here you don’t always get in a busy city hotel. The lobby has that fresh, just-cleaned smell, and the hallways are quiet. Front desk folks greet you like they’ve got all the time in the world, even when the phones are ringing. The room was bright in the afternoon light, sheets crisp, and the A/C steady but not noisy. Breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was hot and well-stocked. Walking out at night, the lot was well-lit and felt safe with security around. It’s the kind of place that just quietly does things right without making a fuss about it.Keep up the good work Hilda and team.

I’m from Del Rio and stayed here while visiting San Antonio and la verdad it was a good choice. Check in was easy, the staff was super nice, and the room was clean with the AC nice and cold which is a must with this Texas heat. The bed was comfy and everything felt safe and tranquilo so I could really relax. Breakfast in the morning was just what I needed before heading out and everyone working there made me feel welcome like family. Todo estuvo bien and I would definitely come back next time I am in town.

Stayed here with my partner for a quick getaway, and it honestly felt like the staff saw us , not just another couple passing through. Even though the lobby was busy when we checked in, they took their time with us, answered our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. I noticed they treated everyone the same way,,,patient, kind, and without rushing you out. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it just felt…welcoming. It’s nice to be somewhere that doesn’t make you feel different, just valued.

Quiet, Convenient, and Clean with Excellent New Management This hotel is a gem! Quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s also in a fantastic location, close to almost all grocery stores and other essentials, which made everything so convenient. Feels very safe, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I was also impressed by the new management- they’ve clearly made great improvements and are running things exceptionally well. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

I stayed here with my kids and it honestly worked out better than I expected. The room was clean, smelled good, and had enough space for us to spread out. The kids really liked the breakfast, especially the waffles, and the staff was super nice every time we asked for something. Parking was easy, and at night it was quiet so we actually got some good sleep. After being out all day, it felt good to come back to a place that was comfortable and calm. From Laredo with the family for the weekend. Quality Suites treated us right. Room was clean, plenty of space, and that A/C hit just right after being out all day. Staff was super amable, always checking if we needed anything. Parking lot felt safe, no problemas. Breakfast in the morning had everything waffles, eggs, sausage kids were happy. Location’s close to all the fun in San Antonio but still quiet at night. For the price, es una buena opción, hands down.

Rolled into San Antonio for a few days and booked at Quality Suites. Soon as I walked in, the front desk greeted me like they already knew me - real Southern‑style hospitality. Room was fresh, A/C cold, bed slept good. Parking lot’s lit up nice, so you feel safe coming in late. Morning breakfast, Waffles, eggs, and sausage that’ll keep you full ‘til lunch. Location’s close enough to all the spots but far enough you ain’t stuck in traffic. For the price, that’s a win in my book.

Its New Owners and New management, Awesome Customer Service!! Love the staff and manager who went above and beyond to help me out. I am not an easy guest to deal with :). Rooms are super big , my kids had enough space to run around. Very comfortable with family. CLEAN! Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was optimal. overall Perfect stay!!

seems like they had some disgruntled guests in the past, after my conversation with the managers seems like they are turning this place around.

I really appreciated how clean, comfortable, and quiet the room was. I've stayed at many hotels, but I've never encountered managers/owners who go so far out of their way to help guests. I witnessed the manager personally carry an elderly woman's bags when she was struggling , a true act of hospitality that left a lasting impression.
