Breakfast was outstanding! A+++ The location was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. This hotel is on my recommend list for anyone traveling to Sweden or wherever Scandic hotels are located.

It was surprising and awkward that there were no dressers or chest of drawers in the rooms. Other than a few hangers in the closet, we had to live out of our suitcases. which would be fine for a night or two, but not more than that. It's really my only complaint.

I liked prepacked cheese, crackers and hot water. I liked always getting a parking space. I liked always being able to replenish towels and toilet paper

I choose the hotel because of the location - easy access to the airport by a taxi, and easy to reach from city centre by tram. The family room has four full size beds and can easily accommodate four adults. We appreciated the hair dryer, iron and extra beddings readily available in the room without further request. Delicious tartar steak in the restaurant (and other foods too). And the breakfast was good too :)

If the windows were possible to open, it would be better - with four people sleeping, the air gets quite heavy and the air conditioning did not manage to overcome that.

The layout of hotel rooms and facilities, range and quality of breakfast were excellent. The location was close to the railway station and bus and tram stops and we used all three methods of public transport

We were unaware of the closure of the bar on a Sunday, although we now understand that this rule applies throughout Sweden.

I was on a business trip so location was perhaps the most important thing for me. However, the fact the hotel was clean, comfortable, and facilities were really good, and staff were super friendly was a bonus. Meals were excellent and the atmosphere was great. I'll stay again.

I liked everything about the hotel.

We stayed during a weekend where a lot of hotels were sold out and prices were high closer to the city. We found that there was easy access to the city from the tram that stops nearby. There is also a shopping mall across the street with restaurants & coffee shops, etc. The hotel was nice and our room was clean, although quite small.

The family room was quite small - it had a bed that pulled down (like the beds on ferries) and barely any room to walk between the beds.

It is the perfect location to stay for visiting Göteborg. Tram/bus/train station just walking distance. It has parking facilities, easy access to the highway as long there is no traffic jam. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. There is a shopping complex next door. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lots of different restaurants within walking distance. Shower is good.

The mattress keeps moving.

Breaks fast is quite nice, location was convenient for my work purpose. Also, it is next to a shopping center

They don’t even make the bed! I agree with not cleaning the bathroom every day, but if you stay for 3 days they will not clean or make your room unless you ask them to specifically

I liked the location (walkable distance to Astra Zeneca and next to a shopping center with restaurants and shops), breakfast and facilities. Personnel were very nice as well.

They don't clean the room unless you ask for, even though I was there for 4 nights... I would have appreciated cleaning the bathroom every other day

What a lovely hotel, the staff were all superb, very friendly and polite. The food was really good for breakfast and for the dinner menu. I love the hotel’s green ethos which included recycling bins in our room. Ideally placed for railway station and town and only 10 mins by train or tram to Gothenburg.
