Location was perfect, we could walk or tram all over gothenburg. Food was great, so tasty! Staff were attentive on reception and in the restaurant. Ebba was so friendly, always a big smile on her face and she was great with our one year old (lots of peekaboo) - a special thank you to her!

When rooms were cleaned they didn't clean the floor. One night we had noisy neighbours but receptionist did go and knock. We had a kitchen but had no idea how to use the stove and couldn't find instructions. Not much of a view from room. Few more alternative options for dinner would have been nice. Dessert option would have been welcomed. Sadly we had to pay for drinks of an evening too, non alcoholic or alcoholic.

The staff is kind and helpful. The dinner and the breakfast are delicious, fresh and quality food. The room is spacious and clean. The location is not near the city center, but absolutely well connected to. We appreciate the supermarket just in the same building of the hotel.

I didn’t like the reception didn’t inform us about the cleaning service policy. We didn’t know we had to ask for the service…We’ve a baby boy of 1yo and too many dirty diaper in the room considering they didn’t change the rubbish bin.

Loved the room size - like a small apartment The fact that dinner and breakfast are included means you really do not have to think or plan - we have two teenagers - it made everything so much easier. Love the fact that the washing machine and dryer facilities are free - they have not tried to monetise everything Loved the proximity to the the public transportation.

Would love to have a bit more choice for dinner - eg a vegetarian and meat option for example (there is only one dish)

The hotel was lovely and clean. It had everything you need on site. Hairdressers. Gym. Supermarket all in the same complex. Great facilities in the room.

The property wasn’t directly in the city, you have to get the tram. The tram stopWhich is literally outside we paid for a 3 day pass. Which was about £17 - it’s about 6 stops or more to get near the city. The city is a walkable city once you are near. Also be careful as the room we booked didn’t have a window. I have never heard of such. But although the room was large and had all the facilities. Even a kitchenette, it is not great to not have a window. Food and snacks were included in our room cost which was a great plus but it meant coming back for food in the evening between 6-8 so back and fore on the tram. So we didn’t use this each evening,

My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect.The staff was friendly and professional. Check-in was quick. The room was clean, spacious and modern, with a comfortable king-sized and a sofa bed for my teens. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Expensive parking.

The bed and bedding was perfect and soooo comfortable I slept like a baby.

It said it’s in the city centre on booking.com so I planned my Stay there for that reason, but it was actually quite far. My plan was to walk to the city and have a nice meal, but that never happened. Sure there are busses and trams, but it still said city centre. Kind of defied the purpose. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Not really to do with the hotel but the tram line into town not working was a bit inconvenient / would have been easier if it had been working etc. it put us off going into town in the evening as it required a bus and a tram rather than just the tram as we expected.

Our room was large and cozy, comfortable beds and spacious but simple bathroom. Kitchen area was practical, the fridge was nice to keep our drinks cold. Gym was amazing!!! Location is very good, great parking (extra cost via Aimopark-app) where our car was safe - we could see it through the windows at hotel lobby. There were many restaurants nearby and two grocery stores at walking distance. I think this area is safer and more peaceful than other places in the city. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, and to our surprise, they also serve afternoon tea with some tasty bakery. Very nice relax/sauna facilities included for wellbeing activities! Staff was kind and helpful.

Lovely hotel inside. Very friendly and polite staff from reception to the housekeepers. Very tasty food and a nice selection especially the breakfast menu. Lots of healthy options available. The afternoon Fika was a lovely treat. Didn’t use any of the facilities as only there for 2 nights but the gym looked great. Although on the outskirts of the city, there were bars and cafes nearby and the tram right outside the hotel taking you anywhere in the city, low cost which includes the trams, buses and ferries. Nice relaxing dining areas with background music. Allocated a lovely room on Level 8, very comfortable and modern. Must reiterate how friendly, professional and polite all of the staff were, an asset to the company.

The evening meal was disappointing, no choice really. Fika was not available on one night due to a party. Maybe there were signs telling guests it was cancelled or moved but we didn't see any. Staff understandably busy with the party guest (Sat 31 Aug) so could not find out
