The quality of anything inside the hotel was astounding. They also offer laundry, which was very handy since it meant that I could spend the entire day exploring the city instead of seeking a laundry place and "babysitting" my laundry. The location is very easy to find, since you can just find the opera and walk along the opera street until you reach the hotel.

Everything was very expensive, meaning I only really slept there, used my room toilet and (out of necessity) laundry service. Out of the four cities on my vacation (Oslo, Bodoe, Gothenburg and Stockholm), it was by far the most expensive place to visit for 5 days. Also took ~30+min to walk from the train station to the hotel on my arrival day.

The rooms  are  comfortable, and includes a bathtub wich made me very happy. Ususlly the hotels nowadays comes with just a shower.. A bigger wardrobe space is available, perfect for guests who travel with extensive wardrobes like me. ;). The hotel is located in an ideal location in Gothenburg, situated between Nordstan and Linnéplatsen, and in close proximity to Avenyn. These areas are renowned for their excellent shopping opportunities and diverse culinary scene. The breakfast  was grear, presenting a wide selection to choose from and offering dedicated gluten-free and lactose-free sections. The restaurant on the top floor has breathtaking panoramic views of Gothenburg and the cuisine there was extraordinary.

Im a frequent traveler who stays in luxury hotels worldwide. Firstly, the room lighting was inadequate. There were no ceiling lamps, which made the space feel dimly lit and less inviting. The breakfast hours on weekdays end at 9:30 AM. I suggest extending this to 10:00 AM, as I observed many guests arriving just before closing time. This small adjustment could significantly enhance guest satisfaction and accommodate those with later schedules.

Breakfast was well made and offered a lot of variety. The hotel amenities were excellent- we really enjoyed the spa in the hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Super helpful and met any concerns we had expeditiously

The junior suite appeared more dated than in the photos used on the site; the lighting in the room was mostly good but a bit awkward. We believe the sink may need unclogging and the heating (radiators) looked at. But none of these were major enough to prevent us having a spectacular time. We still highly recommend as a play to lay your head

Nice and (on the inside) very modern hotel at a good location to reach multiple parts of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great for a single guest. The spa area was very nice as well (although a bit pricey).

The room would have been a bit awkward for two people since you cannot fully block the toilet from outside view -- for some reason. The hotel sent some lengthy e-mails beforehand, but they did not concisely explain all the hotels facilities, so it felt more like you have to do some additional work to get the information you really want.

Everything was exceptional, the staff was very helpful and polite. They always greeted us with a smile and said "Good morning" and "Good evening". The room we booked had the most amazing view and the interior was super nice, one could say it was over our expectations. We could see out towards Stenpiren and rest of the Götaälv where we could watch the wonderful sunset. The spa section of the hotel was also very pleasing, even if was a little cramped. The experience was elevated by the cozy warm pool and the different types of saunas (aromatherapy, bastu and hammam). About the breakfast, I am not a picky eater but my girlfriend who loves hotel breakfasts rated it 10/10. The selection from which you could choose was wast and fresh. The staff always made sure the different breakfast options was refreshed and refilled. A extra note/point to the business is that if you had booked a more exclusive experience which we did, they had reserved a table for you and you could also order from a special menu. This also made our experience here worth our money in our opinon.

I did not have much problems with the bed, unfortunately my girlfriend did. If you are one that prefers much harder matresses or pillows there are some bad news. The matresses can be a little to soft which results in you just sinking in into the bed itself, the same goes for the pillows. The upside is that there are other available options when it comes to the pillows which you can choose from. Unfortunately we don´t know if one could change the matress.

Variety of food during breakfast, was great. Kind and helpfull staff during issues with booking of SkyView Restaurant. Loaction is great not far by walk from center. Bed was comfortable. Dinner in SkyView restaurant was amazing experience - I liked it very much ;)

Only issue we had, was related to booking of SkyView restaurant - would be good to receive confirmation or cancellation mails in ENG not only in SWE language... There are translators in place, but stil this is something what can be slightly improved.

The roof top bar was lovely for a pre dinner drink as in Feb it was already dark and the view was good. Bar staff very helpful and lovely to meet a fellow countryman in Lawrence who gave us some tips on places to visit. Reception / breakfast room staff all very friendly, helpful and polite. Loved the dresses the female staff wore - comfy! Lovely breakfast each morning. If you want a window seat you need to book which we didn't realise until it was too late! We stayed in a twin inside room, facilities good, comfy beds and room clean.

I was slightly confused as to why there were no plugs for sinks especially as facecloths provided?

Over all, a fantastic stay, thanks! Super service (and food as well as drinks) in the Skyview bar & restaurant, same in the reception, as of service. Maybe not quite so much at the breakfast: restaurant. this morning, it seemed that the staff was simply not ready for opening at 7 o'clock? As of the superior junior suite, it's lovely, but some of the furnishings and finishes need a bit of an upgrade (eg. the nails and skrews sticking out of the very worn out couch, one tv set not working amongst others). As for the Spa area in it self, fantastic! - unfortunately, we just had some very loud, very young people coming in, playing music and taking photos... then we had to leave. A big pity.

the room was very good with a very nice view breakfast was continental with a lot of variety the restaurant at the top floor have really good food but the sunset is the highlight of this location

i request a parking place on my booking and automatic message was send with a suppose link to make the reservation that didn't work. at the reception they said they were sorry but didn't offer any solution or even a suggestion for parking nevertheless parking in the area are easily available we the cost of 60eur for 24 hours

Great location, really good breakfast buffet, room size, nice view

Already during the booking I asked for a higher room temperature, but it was not adjusted/explained. Even though I could regulate the temperature from the room, it didn't work by itself, had to ask for the staff to turn it on from outside. It happened on the first evening, but after I had to ask for it every day, because the system automatically sets back after 10-12 hours.
