Fantastic location, clean rooms, blackout curtains and good food (the scrambled eggs they make at breakfast are to die for).

You can't order a room service meal from your room, you have to go down to the reception (which defeats the purpose) and if you want them to bring the food up to your room they'll charge a pretty hefty fee for the service. Also, I don't know what it was as this usually doesn't happen to me at hotels but I was often woken up very early in the morning by noises in the hallway. It may be thin walls, or that the bed was placed very close to the door, so the noise felt very close.

Location was amazing - nearby some great places for food and drinks, barely used public transport as everything was 5-20 minutes walk. Airport is a 30 minute bus journey with the bus stop only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast included was very good, restaurant is beautiful and I opted to have dinner there one evening which was also very good! Staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. Great value for money and I would stay again!

I think the room decor is slightly outdated, not the most picturesque but it was functional. The tv is only Swedish local channels and so you can’t watch Netflix etc without taking a tablet or laptop to use instead.

Fantastic location, plenty to see.

Air conditioning would have been helpful as we had very nice weather, however a fan is provided and this helped. Also it would be good to make it clearer that the goodies in the room, chocolate crisps etc had to be paid for. We had assumed as there was no mention of paying for them they were a gift. We didn’t mind paying but just didn’t know we had to, and this resulted in an email after we had checked out, asking us to settle up which we duly did.I would still highly recommend this clean hotel with lovely staff and breakfast in a great location. We loved our stay.

Location was very good. Hotel is a boutique hotel, so the decor was a little dark to me. Room was large enough for us. Breakfast was very good as well.

We had a tub/shower in the room's bathroom. It might be helpful if they put a little note card in the bathroom on how to operate the shower faucet. Just a suggestion for future guests. It was not intuitive so instead of a shower I had to use the tub. Once checking with the reception desk, she explained how to operate the faucet. Apparently, I wasn't the first guest to ask for help.

What a lovely, innovative, modern place to stay! It’s a beautiful hotel with really lovely decor and many fun hangout areas both inside and outside! The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast could be one of the best we’ve ever had?! Our room (had two beds for a group of three) was spacious, and the shower felt amazing! The location is so so central, right along the river. The walk from where the airport Flyggbus drops you off/picks you up was barely 5 minutes. So easy! Lovely shopping and patios and the tasty Market Hall right around the corner. I would absolutely stay again!

The room was quite warm and stuffy BUT there was a fan provided that was helpful! This was end of May and I know they’d been having quite unseasonably warm weather! Also, we didn’t ask for any assistance in this so this is definitely not a complaint of any sort — just know to look for the fan if needed!

Location was excellent, very central and accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility and room were clean (room was small but I booked for that and was consistent with my expectation).

There is no air conditioning or fan provided, and it was a particularly hot week in Gothenburg. The room became very warm and uncomfortable.

Location near tram and bus stop . Central to Gothenburg for site seeing Provided a good breakfast included in the price and the room had a safe , coffee, and a nice bathroom with great shower and an umbrella !! Which was very useful and appreciated a nice touch !!

The room was very small but this was mentioned in the booking hence the reasonable price. There was an awkward step/ raised door frame between the bathroom and the bedroom. we kept banging and tripping our feet over this it should have been highlighted to draw peoples attention to take care .

It was conveniently placed for getting to different parts of the city. There was a tram stop nearby. Staff were generally very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Although the room was spacious and the bed comfortable it generally lacked charm. The hotel could do with being refurbished.

I received help the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. I walk with a cane and find it difficult to carry items from the buffet to my table but each morning a waitress carried the tray to my table and brought coffee to me over at my table. The staff ar the front desk called to wake me each morning and helped me with my luggage. Hotel Flora felt like a home.

I have no complaints.

Super Hotel in the centre - so all can be found by just walking. Lovely breakfast and very good service.

It is a little bit noisy due to the restaurant / bar next door. As the rooms do not have air condition (quite normal in Sweden) but you cannot leave the window open (noisy until late at night) the room tempertaure can get quite high in Summer. In Winter this will not be a problem obviously.
