The breakfast is very good and the spa very nice too. Need some places in the sidewalk to sit and wait for Uber or Taxi .

The room is kind of small and the bathroom is small too. I wish they change the bed more frequently and leave more towels for our use too. The carpet needs improvement too. It needs to be changed . The garage is too far and need a lift or elevator to facilitate the access. I had hard time to reach the garage and a lift even external to the hotel building would facilitate. Or have a valet service or cart or electrical car to take the guests to the garage . It was not nice climbing several Streets and I had a bad knee and for that reason rent a car to improve my mobility. But the garage was so far that rent a car did not help me as it should ! The garage is very expensive and practically inscessble to old guys or mobility problems like me !

Great location within walking distance of all attractions and amenities. Comfortable room if a little small. Stocked mini bar. Slippers and dressing gown. Big TV and lovely rituals toiletries. Better than normal shower. Blinds to shut out light and plenty plug points. Coffee making facilities. Very quiet and slept well. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Over the road from tram No. 11 to take you to Saltholmen where the ferries leave for the islands. Rooftop restaurant with great views especially sunset.

Small room and my view was as the back facing old buildings. Even though I loved the bathroom, it is small.

This was the best breakfast I've had out of all my business travels! Super tasty!

The SPA area is truly lovely – clean, relaxing, and overall a great experience. One thing I’d recommend for improvement is adding an easy way to contact reception from the pool and sauna area. Due to the layout (especially the middle room leading to the gym), it's quite easy to accidentally leave your room key there and find yourself unable to exit if you’re not carrying your phone. In my case, I didn’t bring my phone, and there are no clocks in the SPA, so I also didn’t know what time it was and started to worry I might miss my paid time slot or get locked in, especially since I was there alone. Everything else was wonderful, but these are two small things that could make the experience feel even safer and more relaxing for guests.

The quality of anything inside the hotel was astounding. They also offer laundry, which was very handy since it meant that I could spend the entire day exploring the city instead of seeking a laundry place and "babysitting" my laundry. The location is very easy to find, since you can just find the opera and walk along the opera street until you reach the hotel.

Everything was very expensive, meaning I only really slept there, used my room toilet and (out of necessity) laundry service. Out of the four cities on my vacation (Oslo, Bodoe, Gothenburg and Stockholm), it was by far the most expensive place to visit for 5 days. Also took ~30+min to walk from the train station to the hotel on my arrival day.

The rooms  are  comfortable, and includes a bathtub wich made me very happy. Ususlly the hotels nowadays comes with just a shower.. A bigger wardrobe space is available, perfect for guests who travel with extensive wardrobes like me. ;). The hotel is located in an ideal location in Gothenburg, situated between Nordstan and Linnéplatsen, and in close proximity to Avenyn. These areas are renowned for their excellent shopping opportunities and diverse culinary scene. The breakfast  was grear, presenting a wide selection to choose from and offering dedicated gluten-free and lactose-free sections. The restaurant on the top floor has breathtaking panoramic views of Gothenburg and the cuisine there was extraordinary.

Im a frequent traveler who stays in luxury hotels worldwide. Firstly, the room lighting was inadequate. There were no ceiling lamps, which made the space feel dimly lit and less inviting. The breakfast hours on weekdays end at 9:30 AM. I suggest extending this to 10:00 AM, as I observed many guests arriving just before closing time. This small adjustment could significantly enhance guest satisfaction and accommodate those with later schedules.

The hotel is modern, the staff friendly and the room very luxerious. Espcially the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was extensive as with many top hotels. The center, Haga and central are easily reached.

The bathroom is a bit small (and I am a small person) compared to the space in the twin room. During the week breakfast is only until 09:30 and since most people come in at 09:45 there was a bit of a rush and some cues. But jeez these are such a small things! It’s a good hotel!

Breakfast was well made and offered a lot of variety. The hotel amenities were excellent- we really enjoyed the spa in the hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Super helpful and met any concerns we had expeditiously

The junior suite appeared more dated than in the photos used on the site; the lighting in the room was mostly good but a bit awkward. We believe the sink may need unclogging and the heating (radiators) looked at. But none of these were major enough to prevent us having a spectacular time. We still highly recommend as a play to lay your head

Although one member of staff was rather officious and unhelpful the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. Room comfortable. Nice view even though fairly industrial.

Parking very expensive and spaces looked very cramped so parked at a train station out of town and took the train back to the hotel. The officious unhelpful member of staff.

Nice and (on the inside) very modern hotel at a good location to reach multiple parts of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great for a single guest. The spa area was very nice as well (although a bit pricey).

The room would have been a bit awkward for two people since you cannot fully block the toilet from outside view -- for some reason. The hotel sent some lengthy e-mails beforehand, but they did not concisely explain all the hotels facilities, so it felt more like you have to do some additional work to get the information you really want.

The spa has good options but they are not heated up properly, the room doesn’t take that many people to make it a relaxing place The breakfast is great but the layout is confusing and makes it difficult to create a Que - people kept bumping into each other whilst trying to find the right food
