Great location close to the station, city centre, park and waterside walk

Not a major issue, more just an observation that, we were in "A" block and were struggling to find which stairwell it was until we found that "A" block was the only one that didn´t have the letter etched on the glass of the door. Though, we did find later that the welcome letter explained the location but we had not opened it thinking it was a general letter. It would have worked better if this had been communicated on collection of the key at the sister hotel. Some small storage space or shelving would have been useful in the bathroom as we had nowhere to place our toiletries and had to put everything on the floor. Again, not a major issue but hopefully some useful feedback.

Every place is bound to have shortcomings, especially when you travel on a budget. What makes or breaks and experience is the person who is attending to your issues when there happens to be a problem. The front desk staff, Gabriel, is exceptional. He was available to help us when we had any problems and he was friendly and approachable, and always keen to share about anything Gothenburg related.

The air conditioning in my unit didn't work for one day but we were quickly switched to a new room. It was a bit of a hassle to do laundry because there were times which had to be booked and there were times when people booked slots but didn't show up. The laundry room was also located about a flight of stairs above ground level.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Göteborg. I was hoping on a top floor's one but we got one in the middle with a car park view instead, which wasn't the best but obviously you don't know which one you get. The place was tidy and clean, bed very comfy! Small kitchen but fully equipped. Only had 1 time changed the towels and bed linen in a week, as well as top up of bathroom products and tea/coffee which was fine. Quiet building and very easy to more around. A bit pricely but not too bad overall. The receptionist Karolina was amazing, very welcoming and efficient, we had 2h late checkout and stored our bags at the sister hotel they owned near by. I recommend this place, thank you!

We had the corner one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor which was excellent. Clean and well finished, lots of space. Tea and coffee was provided, including ground coffee which is always nice. We were checking in late so we were able to collect keys from a sister hotel with a 24 hour reception a short walk away (Dorsia Hotel & Restaurant). The staff their were very helpful and friendly.

Due to the way the building is, access with luggage was up the 5th floor in a lift/elevator and then down one floor via stairs, so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with accessibility needs.

Perfect location - 5 mins walk from the central train station, a few minutes walk to Saluhallen and all the main shops, including the Nordstan shopping centre (which also has a supermarket). It's ideal for getting to the main galleries and museums, and there's a lovely café (Fröken Olsson) at the end of the street and a wonderful South Indian restaurant just around the corner. The bed in the apartment was really comfortable, and the kitchen has a table and chairs for eating and a good fridge and freezer and a small hob. Coffee and tea was provided, together with a kettle, a coffee maker and coffee filters etc. Secure building and a lift up to the upper floors.

It could be noisy at night because of people in the street below - but it was Chrstmas/New Year, so we expected there to be revellers.

Very central location, spacious and comfortable apartment making it suitable for short and longer stays, very clean. Just a short walk from the train station. Has a reception desk during the day.

It is an old building in the city center, some apartments are only partially accessible by lift so if you have large suitcases keep in mind you might have to carry them down some steps.

Beautiful apartment in lovely old building with lots of original features. Had everything we needed for our stay including crockery/kitchen equipment and tea and coffee. Bed very comfortable shower a bit quirky but very good. Laundry facilities included washing powder which was great. Location excellent near train station restaurants and museums etc

The apartment was amazing! The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and cozy and the location was perfect - right in the centre! A supermarket is about 5 -8 minutes away (in the shopping centre) and there are many restaurants close to the apartment. Also it's really close to buses/trams. Since we had a flight in the evening and had to leave the apartment at 11, the woman at the reception was really friendly and let us leave the bags there until we left for the airport.

I don't really have complaints but it would be nice to have a wool blanket in the apartment, especially for the colder months.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was an easy walk to the shopping areas and a little further from the historic areas. It was an easy walk from the station and close to all of the public transport.

The Wifi seemed to drop out and it was not strong enough for video calls. The curtains do not block out all of the light in the mornings.

Very functional and spacious flat in the middle of Gothenburg. A bit of construction going on, so a bit noisy, but not a problem. Great price. Goos place to start your city trip by foot. No need for public transport, bike or car if you want to check out the city.

The bed was very very soft, maybe needs updating (very subjective experience of course). Interior a bit simplistic, but to be expected at that price.
