The location is great for access to the City, it's worth noting that on Friday and Saturday night, there's a nightclub (not at the hotel) from which you can hear the bass beat which continues until 4 am - it's not horrendous but could irritate you if you're a light sleeper. The reception staff were fabulous, welcoming, and happy to help in any way they could. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, with great pillows!!

The breakfast was disappointing, I've had better in other hotels in the City. It all looked a bit 'old' and 'tired' unfortunately.

This hotel has a great atmosphere and overall feels very charming. Breakfast was excellent although the seating was pretty cramped and awkward. The rooms were being renovated on some of the floors which didn't disturb us. We had one of the newly renovated bathrooms and it was very nice. Great position - we were able to walk most places, and public transport was very close. TV was very good, and it was easy to stream to it.

The room we had was tiny - there are bigger rooms for a higher price you might want to consider booking. There was only room for one bag, and it was quite difficult for the second person to climb into bed. Our room also had a poor outlook.

Great location just a short walk to the centre of Gothenburg and also to the Haga district. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic there was so much choice and food was super fresh and delicious. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening - very busy so best to make reservations - food was fantastic. There is also a rooftop bar which we didn’t know about until we arrived- we went there for pre-dinner drinks - great views over the city.

I wish we had booked a larger hotel room as the basic room was very small.

Lovely boutique style hotel, wonderful staff, friendly, helpful and nice. Great bar and restaurant. Fantastic gym, specially if you box. Bit has enough free weights for most people and a few machibes including cardio, Room ok size clean ( classic double) , well dressed, shower great, plenty of fresh towels and all sorts of soaps and shampoos supplied

Bed was too soft for me and i was in a front room, 6th floor, there is noise from bars etc , only slight but i didnt have window open and outside areas of bars etc arent open yet. I could imagine it being significant in the summer

I have stayed at Bellora before and I was happy to return. The breakfast buffet is wonderful as it offers plenty of tasty options, from savory to sweet. Gluten free and lactose free options are also available. Was missing a cappuccino though. Location is great, beautifully set on the main avenue. Easy access by car from the airport. Parking garage with elevators taking you straight to the front desk. Walking distance to most attractions and areas, also close to public transportation should that be needed. The restaurant was fully booked during our stay (rightfully so as it is a great one) but they delivered delicious pizzas to our room. Thank you for this time Bellora, already looking forward to our next stay.

If there is anything that could be improved it would be the beds. That is of course up to personal preference but for me those are slightly too soft. However, it is obviously not possible to cater to everyone's bed preference and I slept good anyway.

Lovely hotel with gorgeous design. Very close to the city center and many transport lines. There is an airport bus stop 3min away by walk, very convenient. The breakfast was unbelievable, with Italian options and overall a really qualitative buffet. I would come back even just for that! The room was very clean, pretty and newly renovated. It was surely small but that was the price category we booked.

No room service, it may have been a great option but for the rest, all perfect :D

The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything. Although it is located on a busy street with many restaurants and clubs around, it was unexpectedly quiet, we didn't hear any noise from outside. The style of this place is very unique and all-over-the-place but in a cohesively elegant way, I really liked it, especially in the restaurant. Also, the breakfast was worth every penny, it was super rich and delicious, a lot of different foods to choose from. :)

I think the room was pretty small, I can imagine that it was assigned according to its price, but only a bed could fit in it, which was accessible from only one side out of four. The paint of the furniture and wood walls was a bit worn out, and the rug was stained with bleach. It wasn't super clean, especially in the bathroom, the shower curtain had a lot of hair on it. The staff at the reception wasn't super friendly, they were correct and did a good job, but I didn't feel like a 4* hotel here altogether, not for a moment.

The location couldn’t be better. In the middle of the city, easy walking anywhere and close to public transport. Really nice and welcoming staff and a good breakfast. Small, but clean and comfortable rooms.

We didn’t know the city too well and therefore didn’t know that this hotel and the street turns into a club in the evening with loud music. The base could easily be heard in our room on the second floor. So we would definately not recommend going here friday and saturday if you want a quiet and relaxing evening in your room after dinner. Or maybe book a room higher up.

We loved the atmosphere and the facilities offered. We were looking for a property that offered a gym and were blown away by how well equipped and nice it was. The breakfast was exceptional, some of our favourite meals of the day were the breakfast! The free coffee and tea is a great bonus. The hotel is beautiful inside and we liked the charm of the quaint yet modern furniture and decor. This hotel really has character and we couldn’t be more pleased with the location.

We would appreciate a bit more space in our hotel room as there wasn’t much walking space and no desk either. We understand however that we grabbed the cheaper room.

Great location and a fantastic roof top bar! We also tried their pizza, amazing. The breakfast is ample with lots of choices and variations. Even a dessert, delicious tiramisu. The interior style is beautiful. There is a parking garage below the hotel and you reach out room with the elevator, which was convenient. The staff is very service minded and accommodating. We were even allowed to check in earlier, without incurring any extra costs.

The room type we booked is called "Mini Double Room". It worked for our stay as we stayed one night but if you are staying longer I would recommend a bigger room as it is very small, a bed occupies the whole room with barely space to move around.
