Location is great as it's only a 5-min walk from the main street with all the restaurants and shops. It's also only a 10-min walk to the central part of the city where most of the historical sights are. Quite a few restaurants on my list are within 5-min walking distance of the hotel which was fantastic. Breakfast was good, a good range of options including both continental and hot items. Spacious dining room to accomodate all the guests crowded in the city on the weekend I was there. Room was spacious for a one-person stay, comfy and clean. Loved that the gym was always quiet so I could use all the facilities whenever I wanted. Offers luggage storage service with a secured room. I ordered takeaway on foodora one night and it's worked out well picking the food just outside the hotel entrance. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Room could get a little stuffy so make sure to open the windows as much as possible. Appreciate the size of the fitness room not being able to host many facilities but I did think it'd been better to offer more exercise mats.

Lovely staff. Great location. Few mins away from trams and buses. 5 min walk to Svenska Massen conference centre. Breakfast was good with a lot of options of hot and cold food. Pancakes were delicious too. Restaurant was good on a day where I was too tired to go out to eat after a busy day. They also have a nice collection of wines in the restaurant. Spacious room. There is a kettle too and tea and coffee. Bed - looks deceiving but it was very comfortable (personal preference of firm mattress too)

Could be a little bit cleaner. The carpet was quite dirty with lots of dust and floor not very clean. No ventilation in the bathroom made it a bit tricky as got really hot inside

The location is perfect for exploring Gothenburg, and there are plenty of local conveniences (shops, amazing restaurants) within walking distance. The hotel looks and feels so much more expensive than it is! The rooms are lovely and clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are always happy to help, and the food (both at breakfast and in the bistro) was amazing. The hotel also had lots of little touches that made it feel really special - ice machines in the hallway for your drinks, a little shop area in the reception for any last minute needs/snacks and drinks, and lovely outdoor areas to spend time in. We can't recommend it highly enough!

I loved the location, close to everything you need. Also loved the breakfast, it was really nice, there was great variety and everything tasted great and was fresh. The room was really cozy and had all amenities, even an iron and ironing board. Really comfy beds and nicely decorated.

Everything was great, the only thing I can point out is that the bistro was pretty small so you need to book a table in advance to have dinner there, and because it was closed Monday and Sunday we didnt have a chance to. That's about it.

I like the location of the hotel, not so far away from the city center, maybe 10 minutes walk. I even walked to the main train station with all my luggage and it took me 15-20 minutes. There are also e-scooters available everywhere and I used them a lot. The room was clean, bathroom also. Bed was comfortable and I was sleeping very well. The breakfast was excellent, more than I expected.

My room was opposite the lobby and there was only the thick curtain available on my window. If I opened it, people could see me in the room, if I left it closed it was dark in the room. I would suggest they install a white layer of curtains in addition to the thick one.

The staff are amazing! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is close to a supermarket and public transportation. It's about a 15 minute walk to the central train station. I felt very safe here being a female solo traveler.

They are in the process of renovating, so construction is everywhere. Also the walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper, I suggest a room on the 2nd floor.

The location is pretty central and well connected to public transport options, including bus service to the airport, as well as there’s a supermarket directly across the street. The breakfast buffet is rich, beds are comfortable.

Restaurants and public areas are air conditioned. My room wasn’t! And it was heated up during the sunny days and at night because opening the window didn’t help and it would be quite noisy due to the traffic. Secondly, there wasn’t coffee at the breakfast buffet for more than one hour. It said the coffee was been brewed but 1 hour?!

Honestly, the location is great, the hotel is located close to the center, the stadium and the amusement park. Also located in a quiet area. There is a cozy atmosphere inside, all the staff are nice and friendly, the room for one person is more than perfect. Breakfast is very varied. I checked out at 6 am and asked for breakfast to take away, and it was ready at 6 am, so the responsiveness of the hotel staff is also excellent. At first glance the hotel itself looks unusual, but that makes it even more beautiful.

I lived on the first floor and you could hear absolutely everything from the corridor... after 10 pm no one made any noise. The refrigerator also didn't work, which was found late (luckily my cheese survived).

The rooms were very comfortable with good beds and powerful shower. It’s a good location with plenty going on around like restaurants and food / drink options. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and it was very tasty. The hotel is biker friendly and let me park the motorcycle outside the front in a small area - this was very much appreciated. Friendly and helpful staff, all round great Hotel for me 👍🏼

Overall, the hotel was pleasant, especially the welcoming reception, bar, and hotel location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed by the excellent breakfast; for these reasons, I would recommend the hotel.

The equipment in the rooms seemed to be a little run down in general (with occasional things like handles on the fridge or cupboards broken). While my room certainly had been cleaned, it didn't appear very well cleaned - maybe due to the old furniture and bathroom interiors.
