Staffs were very friendly and supportive and the breakfast was wonderful.

We liked the location, room size, beds, food at breakfast, very nice and friendly staff.

Hotel is outdated, rooms have a bad smell, bathroom is not in the best conditon. Nowhere to put clothes, no shelves in the wardrobe, pool, sauna is expensive, not working for most of our stay, cannot open windows, loud music form reception in the in-court room. Be aware that “small” rooms have 120cm beds, tthis is not stated on booking, these should not be available for double use, we had to pay additional fee for standard!!! We would probably choose another hotel if we knew that.

Really good location close to the main station in Gothenburg. Staff is super nice and welcoming. We got a room on the 10th floor in the new tower, clean and with everything you need. One small detail however, we were kept up the first night by our next door neighbour watchinhg tv so loud it was like being part of it. Around 1am we decided to go down and get some earplugs. The guy at the desk was super nice and helpful and came up to ask our neighbour to turn it down, so super helpful. I am just puzzled that a completely new building is not more spoundproof. And I would maybe not choose to stay closer to Ground floor in the weekend, when there is also a parties. On another note, I do wish that there maybe was an option to include the spa in your stay. But all in all, it is a nice place to stay for a weekend.

Breakfast was amazing! There was a huge selection of food and it was really good quality and tasty. The servers were kind of snooty though and pays less attention. Room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and clean. It made me just want to stay in bed the whole day. Location was very accessible as well. It was right in front of the Central Station and there were tram stops everywhere across the hotel. So it was so easy and convenient to go around the city from the hotel. The staff in the reception were also very kind and accommodating! <3

I just did not like how there was construction in the hotel, so there was just a bit of convenience going around the property. But isn't really much of a big deal.

Great location next to shopping and tourist sites. We ate at Nodra for dinner, which was excellent and had friendly staff. The Post bar is perfect for a cocktail. Our room was quiet- we requested a higher floor to avoid the noise of central station- and very nicely furnished. The rooftop pool was a great bonus to relax in for 1-2 hours, and the check in service with Mattias was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows in the bed; one is too large and caused neck pain and the other is too small for real support. If we had stayed for more than one night, I would have checked with the reception to see if they had other options, as there weren’t any in the room.

The location is absolutely fantastic, especially for travelers relying on public transportation. It's conveniently close to the central station, which was perfect since we used the train both on our way there and when leaving. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options that set us up for the day.

Our room, located on the sixth floor, was a reasonable size but felt somewhat dim due to the small window. We struggled to figure out how to open it, which limited both natural light and ventilation in the room.

Location was perfect. Right opposite station and park and walking distance to everything. Breakfast was busy but well organised. Fantastic selection at the buffet. Guy at the desk mapped out a great walk around of the city on the first day when I had time. Perfect introduction. Pool and spa both good.

Had events that meant got back late and there wasn't any food available / room service after 10pm. Only a problem because most local restaurants were shut. Not major but surprised given it was such a big hotel.

breakfast was really good. Lots of variety. rooftop pool was great and very warm. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Right beside the central station. Can get everywhere with the bolt/voi scooters. I went to the japanese restaurant in the hotel and it was really good. And staff were very very helpful. they have a luggage storage room and will let you store luggage on the day you checkout also. If I stay in Gothenburg again, I will stay here.

the restaurants are very busy so it is hard to get a reservation at short notice.

Room was excellent, staff was mostly welcoming. Great breakfast buffet. Nicely located right next to the train station.

We where not allowed to take drinks to the rooftop pool. After asking a member of staff wether the bar was open, which it was not, we asked if we could bring some from the lobby bar. We where told that this was not possible. When we got to the rooftop, several other parties where enjoying their drinks in the sun, supplied from the lobby bar. We didn't bother going all the way back down to the lobby in our bathing outfits, so we had a dip but remained to sober for our liking. Also if you get a room facing the train station, be aware that the outside bar is quite loud.

The breakfast was outstanding. A huge variety, and well executed by the staff. It was extremely busy, so it was impressive how well they were able to keep the food stations full, and the tables bussed. The room was quiet and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly. We enjoyed a nice diner in the hotel restaurant, which had super friendly staff. Overall a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly too!

Our room was located in the tower portion of the hotel. There were only 3 elevators servicing that part of the hotel. There wasn't a service elevator to the tower, so the elevators were packed in the morning with guests trying to get to the lobby with luggage and employees trying to take towels to the rooms. We had to wait as several full elevators passed our floor, and we saw others waiting on lower floors as we went down.
