Nice location, right next to the train station, which is ideal if you're travelling by train. It's also very close to the Ullevi stadium if you're attending an event there. Small supermarket round the corner, and plenty of food outlets nearby. There are tram stations close by, jump on and explore this beautiful city. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Rooms are soundproof so there's no noise from the trains. WiFi works very well. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Overall a good choice of hotel for visiting Gothenburg.

Bathroom is a little cramped, but no major problem. No kettle on the rooms so bring a travel kettle and some coffee if you need to.

The quick check in procedure (less than 3 minutes) after a long flight is very nice. Everything that i needed to know was explained from the very friendly girl in the reception. The room was standard in what you can expect for the price and perfect for one or two persons. The bed was comfortable and kept warm during the night. As i only stayed for one night i cannot rate other services such as food and beverage etc. A very special mention to the night audit, Shanna (i hope i spell that right), who was very friendly and helpful. I had an early train in the morning, and she arrange a breakfast bag to take away! Good location Close to central train station (10 min walk with suitcases), close to the Ullevi stadium (8 min walk).

Would be good to have a stationary phone in the room to be able to reach reception and for wake-up calls. I am not a big fan of broadloom floors as they tend to be more dirty and harder for the cleaning staff to keep clean. I do understand that during wintertime it can be nice and warm to walk on. Not many TV channels, as it tends to be in city hotels these days. Of course, you're not there to watch tv. There is however an adapter so that you can connect your PC/Tablet etc with HDMI.

OMG the breakfast is incredible, so many choices! Highly recommend the pancakes! All the staff is super nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming! I was also lucky to have a super sunny and warm weather so I got to enjoy my stay in Gotherburg fully. Also the have a really good small supermarket just around the corner, train station is a 5ish minutes walks and the location is actually perfect in my opinion.

It would have been good to have a bottle of water in the room because I came in June and the weather was quite hot actually.

Amazing breakfast with endless options. Great quality of eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, ... We were in a room at the opposite side of the train tracks and we did not hear any trains in the room.

Our room had a door connecting to the next room. Of course it was permanently locked, but still it provided some discomfort. Light from the other room was visible in our room through the cracks and sound travelled through the door so much more than it would through a normal solid wall. You could hear everything in the next room like it was happening in our own room, which provided a lot less privacy than you would expect when booking a hotel room.

Location of hotel is super good! just few hundred meters from central station and city center! Staff was very friendly and nice! There is free water and coffee available at lobby! Everything was good!

It would be super nice if there would be small fridge and cups available in room! Even if coffee machine is at lobby, sometimes you just want to enjoy tea/coffee at your room! Breakfast place is little bit too small for all guests, and sometimes you need to wait while you will get free table, its little bit sad when you stand with your breakfest in hands and look how others eat!

- Had one disturbed night with the window open, because it was warm, because the overnight work occurring on the railway directly outside was loud. Largely outside the hotel's control but was part of my experience. - My room had a door adjoining the one next door (locked), and I had a scare at night from the guests next door suddenly trying to open the door. If there is a way to prevent the handle from moving when the doors aren't required, that would prevent future scares.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was truly great, offering a wide variety of tasty options.

Upon arrival, my room was not properly cleaned – there was visible dust, and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned either. Additionally, during breakfast around 9 a.m., the staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with restocking food and drinks.

The location was super close to Central Railway Station (7 min walk), city centre (10 min) and other public transport stations (8 min). Rooms were clean, not very spacious, but okay. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options, from oats and pancakes to two kinds of omelette. It was nice.

The windows faced the railway tracks. While they were soundproofed, opening them for fresh air would bring in noise. The room has central ventilation, but no air conditioning.

The location was very convenient, a few minutes walk from the train station, tram stops and the Nils Ericsson terminal for the airport bus. The room was a good size, clean, with a very comfortable bed. The shower worked well, good pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were excellent, thanks to Sofia and the other breakfast staff. A variety of food to choose from, including pancakes, a range of hot dishes, plus the usual cereals, breads, cheeses, ham etc. There was also a separate area, including a toaster for gluten free products. Everything was well presented and replenished and the tables were cleared promptly. I never had any problem finding a seat. The receptionists were mostly friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies who charged my iPad for me as my charger wasn’t working properly. They also provided information on the Midsummer celebrations and how to get there.

Anyone who likes a quiet room to sleep in should ask for a room at the back as the hotel faces the train tracks and tramlines. There were only four coat hangers in a double room, which was fine for one person travelling light, but may not be enough for two. After I had booked I provided my arrival time, around 12 noon, and was told that check in was not until 3.00 pm, but that early check in was available at an extra cost. However, on arrival this did not seem to be the case. I did get the kettle I had requested by email beforehand, but I had quite a wait for it.

The breakfast was simply amazing. Among the bests I have had in my life. Excellent selection, very tasty food. The staff was very friendly. I had to ask for a room change, and it was accommodated fast. Beds are soft and comfortable.

The room ventilation is a bit loud. When it was raining one night, the raindrops on the metal sheets of the window were pretty loud, could not sleep. They didn't have a fridge, or a closed wardrobe, that was very stange.
