The breakfast was good offering a wide choice of yoghurts, milk and non diary products and selection of fruit. However, I was disappointed that there was no fish available other than the caviar creme. Coffee, tea and water are available 24/7 and a choice of biscuits and occasionally bananas are available. which I valued. The room servicing is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Being on a boat and experiencing the soft swaying has a calming effect.

The room is rather compact particularly if occupied by two people. There is no waste basket/paper bin in the room other than the bathroom. More choice of herbal teas would be nice.

We stayed for 4 nights on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the Göta River. An advantage is the late check-in, available from 3:00 PM until midnight (early check-in is possible for 100 SEK per hour). The room was small but cozy and clean, and we didn’t hear any noise from other guests or the hallway. Breakfast was buffet-style, served from 6:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 7:00 on weekends. It was simple but sufficient — we always found something to eat. We were satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back again in the future.

The room had only a very small wardrobe — more like an open corner with three hangers and two tiny shelves, which is not ideal for large luggage. I asked the staff for an extra hanger, but they couldn’t find even one. The shower screen leaked slightly, though it was just a minor issue. Breakfast was nearly identical every day, with little variation and no sweet pastries or pancakes. Currently, access from the central station is more difficult due to ongoing major construction work in the area.

Interesting place to stay, friendly personnel, good breakfast. All day you can get coffee, tea, water and few types of beverages for free. Cookies as well are free of charge.

There is no food in evening, only snacks. First day administrator was serving as kitchen personnel, only lasagna was available. Second evening - snacks only. Shower glass was unstable - 2 days was leanings towards shower, next day - towards toilet 🤪 found hair ball in shower as well. Not sure is it worth to pay for river view, as you see harbor equipment and some weird buildings

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a few requests and they happily obliged them. The room was nice and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. There were free warm beverages and cookies available all day around, and the coffee and the cookies were really nice. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice for everyone. All around a very nice and pleasant stay!

The heating in the room could've been a bit more warmer. And this is probably just my personal preference, but I didn't really like the shower, it has no tub and it's in the same level as the bathroom floor so it can get a bit wet.

The staff at the hotel always tried very hard to do a good job. This was particularly noticeable at breakfast and at reception. The breakfast was great, there were even vegan and lactose-free alternatives. The bread was extremely tasty. We were warmly welcomed by Nikita at reception. Apparently check-in doesn't start until 3 p.m. Even though we were there early and our room wasn't ready yet, he was able to offer us another room. At the hotel bar in the evening we were surprised that Nikita not only works at the reception, but is also a bartender. But he did his job very well here too, we had a nice evening at the bar.

We found a half eaten Bifi in the room, when we first walked in. Despite of that, it was clean and we had nothing to complain about the hygiene. What was quite annoying is that the screws of the Toilet-closing were not on their place anymore and we often had the doorknob in our hand without the door. But well, it's a nice hotel and we were really impressed by the view at the see from the window of our cabin.

The hotel is really comfortable, warm and clean. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but the bed was perfect for us and the bathroom was small but modern. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The restaurant serves a really nice buffet breakfast every morning, the evening restaurant food (which you can buy separately) was a simple menu but honestly surprising how delicious the food is. We ate there twice and were really satisfied. Also, there is free tea, coffee and biscuits all day and we took advantage of that a lot. This hotel was not very expensive for the city, but was such a gem of a find that we would go back to Gothenburg just to stay there again!

The city is currently under a lot of construction, so it's a bit of a wander through building sites at the moment. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but something to note. Also, it's an actual ship, so when it was really windy it started to rock back and forth, and we came back one evening and it was leaning to one side so we could feel the slope in the floor as we walked around inside. It's not a terrible thing, but it is something to be aware of if that kind of boat movement can bother you. It isn't violent or anything but it is definitely noticeable in bad weather. As a British person, there is no kettle in the room, but the free tea and coffee in the restaurant is a good consolation.

Really liked breakfast, food was tasty and of good quality. Location is excellent, just 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. Nice thing is that they provide coffee, tea, cookies and water with different flavours all day long, until the very late evening. Bathroom in my room was just recently renovated, room is a bit older, but still in good condition. There's an access to a sundeck, I liked to sit there on a sofa with a cup of tea after a long day in the city. Personal is very polite and helpful.

Although I liked breakfasts overall, would be nice to add some variety in it during the week, felt like it's almost the same with very little changes

We went to drop our bags from the airport and we got to check in early which was great, room was nice and warm, free tea/coffee and snack available at all times, small bar, room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, great shower too. Breakfast had a good selection, bread, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cold meat, cheese, hot food(eggs, bacon, beans, sausages), tea/coffee, juices, couldn't ask for more. Looking out at the water at breakfast was lovely.

The location is about 15 minutes walk from the centre, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it just felt very far at night. There didn't seem to be much around, mostly office buildings. Quite a distance from a shop.

The BREAKFAST is AMAZING! It is so huge and the staff are very friendly while serving. We loved the variety of the foods and alternative options. Thank you! The shower was nice and hot and the staff were very understanding and helpful and always greeted us with a smile, ready to offer suggestions or help. Free cookies and freedom to hang out in the dining room at any time. 24 hour desk service.

The only thing that was hard was that the boat is moving, just slightly rocking back and forth all the time. I wasn't aware of this when I booked and fortunately it didn't affect me too much, but I could see how some people may feel sick. The room was quite tight for 3 people but otherwise very clean. The location is a bit tricky if you have difficulty walking longer distances, such as to get dinner, but there is a bus stop right in front which made things easier!

Was put off with the new motorway works going on around it, but it was quiet and peaceful and central (less than 5 min walk) to the central station. Very good base for sightseeing. Staff were helpful, room was functional, bed and bedding were spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable. Well decorated, smart hallways and entranceway. Reasonably priced, had everything we needed.

Little bit jaded looking on outside, windows could be doing with a clean, but that is only fault. wasnt sure where to access the outdoor areas, or the free tea and coffee. I would have asked but we were using it strictly as somewhere to sleep while we visited friends in the city, for this it was perfect.
