The unit is very functional. It basically has everything.

We were assigned a room on the ground floor. The sound insulation wasn't great. You can hear people walking past your door. The unit relies on an air con and a window that can be opened to about 30 degrees, so the ventilation wasn't great either. We visited in May, so it's fine. When it gets too stuffy inside, we simply open the door to let some air in. But I would imagine it to be a bigger issue in July or August. The location is a bit far from the city (by foot), and there is literally nothing nearby. Although there is a bus that runs about 700 m from the cabin to the train station in 1 stop.

There was a bus stop nearby which only took 5 mins to the centre.

The flat had two doors to enter which was not obvious when we arrived. We spent 25 mins trying to get in the door which had flat number on it which would not work. After which we realised the door with no flat number on also belonged to the flat. This worked and allowed us to enter.

Much value for the money @ 650 SEK/night. Newly built, well equipped, comfortable bed.

The exterior is partly a construction yard. Parking outside (for anyone, not private) rate 8 AM - 10 PM: 18 SEK/hour, night time 2 SEK/hour. 272 SEK/24 hourd quite costly for this location far outside the city centre.

Location - although a bit out of town, great transport link by bus. Bolt and Public transport costs seemed reasonable. short walk to bus stop (please note i think it is a new bus stop as did not appear for us in google maps) 5 min walk from cabin. 15 minute walk to a shopping centre with a alcohol shop and large supermarket. Appartmnet

Oven - did not work great we even found online the instructions. Key on phone (via a app) did not always work well. we also were given a different room number to what our key was so we wasted time trying to get in to the wrong apartment. I would suggest being more careful giving out room numbers and making it possible or easier to put your key onto more than one phone.

The view was great! The staff was super responsive and courteous. Facilities felt like they were brand new.

The stairs were super narrow and had to go up and down sideways. The railings super flimsy - they are not going to hold. Hooks fell off walls cause they were held up by tape. Loft bedroom was very warm and no fan. One side of bed had no bed table to put anything on during the night. Everything construction wise felt rushed and not quality - poor workmanship. Hitting your head on the extremely low ceiling becomes not funny or fun after the third time. Literally felt that I was living in an idea lofted bedroom installation at the store. Location was far from almost everything to do.

24 hour reception was perfect as my flight landed after midnight. Staff were super helpful in showing us where our room was and the room itself was super clean and modern and it was only a short walk into the city. Didn’t use public transport during the stay once.

The vent in the bathroom on the wall next to the sink constantly smelt like cigarette smoke, also the curtains in the loft beds don’t go all the way closed and it’s a bit of an inconvenience that the ceilings in the loft bed area are so low that you can’t stand up. Not a major issue but if you don’t know any different and go up the stairs you will end up banging your head

Overall it was a nice and spacious room, so comfortable for a slightly longer stay than a regular hotel room. The view over the water was also worth it, we really enjoyed looking out at the city over the water.

The distance from shops and restaurants could have been a problem except for the amazing summer weather we had, so we didn't mind walking. Also, when we arrived 1.5 hrs before official check in time, our room was already ready to go but there was a fee for early check in - for what? I have never experienced this before, we decided not to pay, waited nearby, but would have been happier to be told that the room is not ready yet.

Great base to explore Gothenburg. A quick bus ride from the center, or take the free ferry a 15-20min walk from the appartments. Beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. Outdoor roof terrace was a great place to sit early or late in the day. Parking was easy and a reasonable price. Liked that there was a bit of tea, coffee and milk supplied.

Shower holder was broken so you had to hold it to shower, and the bathroom flooded every time. Despite booking for 4 and asking at check-in for towels for the 4th peraon and sheets for the sofabed (which the cleaners should have delivered by 8pm we were told), we had to go back to reception at 9.30pm to get towels and sheets ourselves. Stairs to both mezzanine beds are very steep and narrow

Simple stay, clean apartment with all necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly. We had a broken water jug in the room when we checked in. Also a couple of lamp bulbs out of order. Both of the issues were fixed in a jiffy. Very efficient staff. We loved the area as well. A couple of bars,, restaurants and grocery shops 5 minutes walk away. Definitely recommend. We wish one could choose a waterfront cabin. I thought so, but realised that it wasn't when we checked in. Maybe better to be explicit about it in the booking. Also the stairs to the bed floor are very steep. So that should also stand on the booking description so as to be informed prior to booking.

Roof-top cabin for 4 - very well planned unit - kitchen with table seating area, living-room with sofa-bed, spacious bathroom with washing machine, two 'loft-style' mezzanine sleeping areas, one with double-bed, one with single bed, + outside terrace with seating area and low-table if you want to eat outside - everything in new condition. Note that sleeping areas are open onto the rest of the unit although visually separated from each other and accessible only via steep stairs (double-bed section) or ladder (single-bed section) - this was fine for us, but not for everyone. Spacious parking in secure lot for SEK180 per night is big plus. Parking lot is big with plenty of room for vans and cars with trailers of bike-racks. Manned reception also makes checking in easy - no Apps to navigate ...

Location is on 'other-side' of 'downtown' Gottenburg and there is not much in terms of restaurants or shops within walking distance. But great if you have bicycles then historic Gottenburg is a 15-min cycle away...
