We were near the ferries that took us to the city and from which we could see a lot. We had a superior room with a view and it was nice to be able to see the water and the boats. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly.

I have mobility problems and it was not very easy to get around the breakfast counters with sticks or a wheelchair. There was only one toilet near the restaurant and you needed a key to get in. If it was locked you had to wait. There was a beam in front of the main window that showed the view of the harbour so you could only see it from certain angles and not from the bed.

Nice clean hotel, rooms were a reasonable size. Cheaper than most other similar hotels in the city. Little outside the city centre but has great transport links that are easy to use. Some construction work suggests the trams are also being linked to the area.

On booking the spa was supposedly included with the stay. We arrived back to the hotel earlier than we needed to use the spa having booked our time slot the day before. On arrival we were told this was no longer included and we had to pay, this wasn’t mentioned to us by reception on arrival which was a little annoying. Not much going on around the hotel, although looks to be an up and coming area with lots of construction going on.

Radisson Riverside is so beautiful. Great quiet location, close to bus stops (including Landvetter bus), free and paid ferries across to the city centre, and usually tram stops (under construction right now). The staff are super helpful and the breakfast is extremely good! Hot food, deli meats, bread, pastries and cheeses, yoghurt, granola and fruit bar, juices and hot drinks as well. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are practical and very clean. The relaxation area has multiple hot tubs and a bar up there with changing rooms and showers.

Bit pricey but I think it's worth it.

Nice hotel and good views from the roof. The spa was small featuring 2 jacuzzi's (inside), 1 jacuzzi (outside) and a sauna - you had to pay for it, but it was perfect for relaxation. The rooms were a good size and included coffee facilities. The hotel is located just across the river, but the boats (free and paid for options) are frequent. The breakfast was lovely and included a good selection of food choices - cooked breakfast, pastries, cereal, cold meats. The dinner options were also very good. Overall a lovely hotel, friendly/helpful staff and a quiet location. It would be nice if some time in the spa was included in the room price but that's not a deal breaker. Would recommend the hotel.

Great location, tucked a few minutes away across the city centre, it's a great retreat for some quite and calm moments during your stay. If you are into STEM this is an appealing location adjacent to the science park in Erickberg/Västra Erik. With a free frequent ferry across to the main city centre you can't loose. The roof top is a pleasure. Massive thank you to Isabella and Nadia for making our stay at the hotel great and very helpful.

The ferry reduces to about 30 minutes at night so it's a bus X1 or 16 back to the hotel. No a dislike but would have like to see the city from the ferry by night light

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home—always ready to help without being over the top. The gym had everything I needed, and the spa? Definitely the highlight. Nothing beats unwinding there after a long day. Would definitely go back! The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options, just would like to point out that it is PACKED from the moment it opens until its closing time.

When I checked in, the place looked great—but the details could have been better. There were some big spider webs in the room, and the trash bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap weren’t refilled, so I had to ask a staff member the next day to take care of it. Not a dealbreaker, but small things like this make a difference. Hope they improve it!

World class breakfast at what is an amazingly reasonable price. Staff were, as usual in Sweden, as professional and accommodating as could be possible. We were in Gothenburg for a gig at Filmstudio, which was a short safe walk from the hotel. Hotel is compact and modern, and for us, was the perfect blend of modern boutique like design and trusted confidence in such an international chain. Will without doubt be back and happily recommend this perfectly formed hotel as the base for any Gothenburg stay, and even though it’s located on the other side of the river from central city area, the regular and often free to use ferry to central area is a five minute walk from its front doors.

Apart from it being March in Sweden, with a cold air that usually is only felt in the arctic, nothing. Met our needs perfectly.

😊 Everything was fantastic! I am very thankful to the whole team for a wonderful service ❣ The room was excellent- on the 11th floor with a panoramic city view. All the attributes of the room were of the highest quality- spacious, clean, warm, comfortable, with a beautiful design. We had an extended stay of 2 nights. The reception personnel were very helpful in processing our order 💕 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including the delicious breakfast, jacuzzi and gym. I look forward to coming back again 👏🎉🌸

The coffee machine in the room didn't function, but that didn't affect our positive impression of everything else.

The hotel was very clean and smelt amazing as soon as you walk in. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. The food at breakfast was outstanding quality with lots of options, pastries, sourdough bread, smoothies, juice, coffee, gluten free section and we had access to the hot tub and steam room and it was not busy at all. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. The walk to the boat to travel across to the other side of the river is just a 5 minute walk with the ferry taking just 6 minutes.

I could not fault the hotel in any way.

The spa facilities, the complementary candy pack, fruit and water was really a plus. The shower facilities in the room were absolutely amazing, very refreshing. The bed and pillows were very luxurious, I was truly well rested every time I lay in it.

Booked this because of a promotion that was going on at the time I was going to travel and it did not disappoint, however, the location really made my stay in Gothenburg a bit more complicated as others stayed on the other side of the river, while it took others 5 minutes to meet up, it took me 20 minutes minimum. It would help if there was a regular means of transport from the hotel into the city centre, the bus stop is a bit of a walk away and doesn't come as regularly neither does the ferry but both are really good ways to get into the city centre.
