Room was clean, bed was comfortable with a port for chargers. Generally it was quiet (except the doors and other guests packing in a room). Shower and toilet rooms were available, I had no issue with other people occupying them. Location was also good, because in 8 mins walking distance there were cheaper parking options (5kr/h), supermarket was next to hostel and there were several bars around. It is not far from Haga and about 30 mins walk from city center (there are trams also). Hostel was quite nicely decorated and common room with a TV was pretty cosy.

The room was much smaller than in the pictures or described. I realized later that it is a huge hostel of 3 buildings, so they have different 4 and 6 bed dorm rooms. Things that could be improved: Doors of the room were very noisy and everybody was waken up in the room at night because of how loud the doors were closing. Pans, pots, plates and cutlery in a kitchen could be of a better quality. Short check-in hours (only until 8 p.m.), but luckily we arrived on Friday, and on weekends they are open for check-in longer.

Not the first time I stayed here and still not the last time. The friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, location with public transport nearby and supermarkets and the city center in walking distance make this hostel a perfect accommodation to stay at. You have a fully equipped kitchen with sitting areas available both in- and outside. Everything was well maintained and the cleanliness is on top. Are you into running or walking a big park "Slottsskogen" is just 1km away where you also can find a little zoo, cafes, calisthenic areas etc. From "Slottsskogen" their is a pedestrian bridge crossing a main street which brings you to the Botanical Garden and Änggårdsbergen Nature Reserve.

This Hostel has been one of the nostalgic beautiful experiences ever. The best things are: 1.Rooms available for large families 2.It is super clean and the common areas were looked after by the staff including kitchen. 3. Location! Fantastic. Super closed to everything 4. SAFE and a Happy Environment 5. The Staff are sooo nice, polite and helpful 6. This business is highly conscious of community living by encouraging guests to respect each other and promoting great local activities. 7. Great showers 😃 8. Water conscious! Yuhoooo 9. Sharing food from breakfast! 10. Plenty spaces, lounges 11. Great decoration 12. Amazing internet connection! 📶 13. Linen is changed constantly and the room cleaned! Wow you guys are sooo amazing 14. I enjoyed every single bit

The check in was smooth and clear, with a very kind person at the reception (she was really taking care of everyone not just answering the questions). There is space for bikes inside which is a huge plus and a very nice kitchen and common area. I appreciated that it was not open to visitors as the atmosphere was very cosy and travellers could meet and chat and exchange tips. There is a supermarket close and lots of restaurants.

Maybe adding a couple of toilets more would be helpful.

This was such a surprise! I booked the hostel on a very last minute and luckily was accepted. The hostel is in a really old building with a beautiful courtyard. I booked a 4-bed bunk and met some really nice people. The bedsheets were top notch hotel quality clean and fresh! The kitchen is small, but has everything you need and kind of forces people to communicate, which I actually liked. The common area is so nice and comfortable, people were so friendly and welcoming, I was actually sad I was only staying for one night.

Even though the house has thick walls it was really loud at night. My room was facing the street, so you could hear the loud trams all night, plus I think there was some construction going on. The doors also bang very hard, so that the walls are shaking. Unfortunately couldn't really sleep there, earplugs recommended. The shower has a motion sensor light which makes you do little naked dance moves through the curtain if you don't want to shower in complete darkness :)

Very clean and tidy. The common areas are clean and comfortable, there is room for eating and talking or for other relaxation. The staff is very very kind and helpful, and I have had good experiences with them here in messages and there as well. You can easily get to the city center with a short walk, and other attractions are also very close, or you can choose public transport: the tram passes in front of the building. However, it seems to be a calm and quiet neighborhood. The room is small but it's ok for a short stay.

Closing the doors is very noisy. I have no more negative experiences.

The property was very clean and organized. Hanna at reception was amazing and very helpful when I arrived. After driving for several hours in the rain and being soaked, she kindly assisted me, even though it wasn't yet check-in time. She made me a card to access the facilities and take a hot shower. Thanks again!

Very cozy, only 15 minutes from the center, rooms are clean and kitchen well equipped, plus the lounge room and the garden are very nice and relaxing. Also I have had the opportunity to meet new friends, and as a solo traveler is always a plus

The location of the hostel is great, it is close to the city center, but also a very quiet place. I would love to HIGHLIGHT how HELPFUL the team was. Customer service is 10 stars. Great communication. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Each bad had its own plug so you can charge your phone easily, and you also have your own night lamp. Both the toilet and bathroom is very clean. Overall a great experience, a very good value for your money. :)

Not the first time I stayed here, and perhaps not the last. Of course it's a simple hostel, situated in a historic building, yet it's charming, taken care of and with everything you need for a budget stay. Located a bit outside the city center, with a tram stop and shops just around the corner. STF Hostels are always a good option when in Sweden.

Some little details could use a bit refreshing, but again - it's a hostel, and it's great for what it is. Also, since my last stay, some other things have already been modernized.

The staff was very nice, everything was clean and well equipped and the overall atmosphere very quite and chill. It felt like everything was taken good care of. The tram station was right in front of the hostel and we also got the chance to store our luggage and take a shower even after we checked out. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfy and welcomed.

There isn't anything we can think of except that we would have loved to have had a toaster...but that's obviously not very serious criticism.
