Good breakfast, quiet room, comfy bed, clean

Guy at reception (evening) could at least try and make eye contact and not look like he's dying inside. They won't clean your room if you don't request it at the reception the night before. The problem is that they conveniently do not let you know about this during check-in. I think this is something very important to inform your guests about and not expect that they will read through 10 different leaflets piled up on the room's desk.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable, it is very close to a tram station.

The "basic", necessary items in the room (bed linen, towels, surfaces) were very clean. The additional items (the decorative pillows, the bed runner) were stained and didn't appear to have been cleaned between guests. The information leaflet and the hotel bar menu has obviously been used before, they were normal sheets of thin paper and had liquid stains and were wrinkled. The room would have been great without these extras, I don't think you need decorative pillows, but if they are there and then dirty, that's kind of uncomfortable

The hotel is well situated about 15 minutes by tram from the Centrum. There is a tram stop about 1 minute from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable although a bit small. There is no desk per se. There is parking on-site. The breakfast is very good, with lots of choices of hot and cold dishes. No one should walk away hungry. The fellow on the front desk was excellent and extremely helpful. His English is nearly flawless, and he handled out check and and check out efficiently. He was also very helpful providing information on how to use the Goteborg transit system and assisted us getting the transit app on our cell phones. He also recommended several sight seeing options.

The on-site parking is controlled by a third party and not the hotel. The website and hotel advise guests that the cost of 24 hour parking is Kr150. You need an app to pay for the parking. But when you get the app and pay, the actual charge is about Kr175, because someone charges a Kr25 service fee on top of the parking charge. The hotel staff told me that they are not allowed to advise you of the service fee.

Location is excellent, with tram stop very close by. The breakfast is very good. Had allergy requirements and extended hours for summer. The environmental considerations were important and carried out thoughfully.

Rooms are quite small which wouldn't be a problem but there was little storage space for clothes. Maybe because of the lack of storage space there were very few clothes hangars. We were located near the lift so there was some noise at certain times of the day (usually early morning and mid/late evening). This was both from people coming and going but also the lift , which made a noise every time it was used. Sure it would have been less noisy at the end of the corridor.

The Front Office staff is super Nice and available ! ( Thank you you were amazing) You feel comfy in this hotel (wich is very important to me) and the supermarket/ bar is nearby. Tram is convenient, room I got was quiet ♡ Water is hot, the bed is comfortable , and the sauna feels good after a day :) Little touch is added in stairs. I like it :) Many choices for breakfast. I really like it , make my stay worryless and full of positivity :) I think I can rebook it with my sister next time !

If you bring your chromecast, you can try to cast, but I think you will have to use your own WiFi signal as the one in the hotel is not strong enough to support Chromecast. Breakfast room : Nobody was there to welcome/ check, so it felt a bit empty. Cleaning in the room is good but some item like boiler or the sheet below the mat could be checked better as the cleaning system is a bit restricted for the Guest, I feel that the first clean should be a bit enforced for Guest that staying more than 1 night.

Everything was fine. Great breakfast, and location, very close to a tram stop. Very clean, and even though you have to request cleaning, for a short stay you won't even miss it. Helpful and nice staff at the front desk, breakfast room and housekeeping.

The only things that were not absolutely necessary but would have been nice to have would be a power plug next to the bed, at least in the room I was in there was none. The pillow was a bit uncomfortable, but there was an extra one in the room so not really an issue.

I haven’t stayed in so many 3-stars hotel before, maybe once about 10 years ago in Amsterdam so I didn’t have high expectations but what stood out for us was the cleanliness, decoration of the rooms, location and variety of breakfast choices and of course friendly staffs plus free garage and pet friendly rooms. For the price we have paid, I couldn’t expect much more.

This stay was a staycation for us because of construction in our flat and it was kind of long stay and with this price, I can’t complain much. The only thing would be better blankets and air-conditioning in the room.

The breakfast was very extensive and delicious. The staff was great and had some great recommendations to visit. the rooms themselves were very nice. They had great beds and a very nice bathroom. Everything was very clean.

The pillows we had were a little flimsy, and the curtains were not great at blocking out light. With the window open the room was very noisy due to the trams. The hotel is quite a walk from the centrum so we often took the tram. There is a tram stop close by.

The hotel was very pleasant, I highly commend the staff who were helpful at all times. Near the hotel there is a tram stop to the city. There are also groceries and restaurants nearby. I also appreciate the check-out at midday.

Unfortunately at the time of our visit (early June) the temperatures were around 26 degrees and the hotel rooms do not have air conditioning. The rooms for three people are also quite small, if you make a third bed you have nowhere to put a chair and a table. At the time of our visit, workers were working on the construction of the terrace, which unfortunately woke us up at 7:30. At exposed times breakfast is an ordeal - plates and pastries are missing, the space is quite small for so many people.

The breakfast was really good, both quantity of different food and quality of the food. The room was okay. The location was perfect for us. everything was easy for the check in and check out.

It was really hot in the room, so we haven't slept that well. The TV is kind of old. It's shame that we can not have an access to Netflix or HBO or any streaming platforms. A Smart TV would have been really cool. Also, there was almost no coffee or tea in the room, that's a shame too. Finally, there were a lot of people in the hotel, and our neighbors were kind of loud.
